9點40左右退房，10點44，酒店打電話來説，房間摔壞了一衹刷牙杯。。我非常確定沒有摔過杯子，非常確定！！！請酒店調取，我入住前（昨天晚上11點前房間打掃衞生的監控）和我離店後（今天9點40到致電我10點44之間的保潔監控）。不要隨意誣賴客人，如果查出來我們摔的，我願意100倍賠錢。。如果不是我摔壞的，請酒店給我合理解釋，為什麼打電話給我，上來就説是我摔的。。區區一個杯子，如果是我摔的，我們不會不承認。。住宿期間，的確，沒有摔過杯子。。。空口白牙誣賴客人。。讓人很生氣。。

和家人出遊，雙床房空間感覺也很大，房間還有小冰箱很方便，衞生細節欠佳，桌面上發現一根頭髮，其他都挺好的，服務也熱情，房間裏設施齊全，乾濕分離，而且還準備了雨傘，很周到，早餐種類也算多，涼的熱的，乾的稀的都有，寄存行李也比較放心。

找了一圈市中心的酒店，雙床基本都是一米二的，偶然發現這家新開的全季，開車離市中心也就十來分鐘，雙床房的兩張床都是一米五，對於一家三口非常合適。房間和圖片一致，前台服務很好，保潔阿姨也很熱情，門口就有老拾燒烤，旁邊還有一家老字號的羊肉館，早餐豐富，配備洗衣房熨衣間，健身房。總之很滿意這次入住，下次來徐州還住這。

【衞生】剛進房間會有一股味道，洗手間尤其明顯，開窗通氣會好一些，這個味道我在路過阿姨的工具間時也聞到過，很奇怪的味道，又像寵物的騷味，希望酒店可以找到原因並改善。
【設施】酒店很新，有地下停車場還有洗衣室，都很方便。有個問題是入住了兩次冰箱都是不插電的狀態，第一次離店時也反饋過問題，但第二次入住冰箱還是未插電的狀態，可能是每個地區的管理模式不同？反正插完電至少要等3-4個小時才能達到製冷温度，有冷藏需求的住客來説確實不適合。
【服務】服務沒得説，正常全季標準，前台和阿姨都很熱情專業，反饋問題後願意積極處理，但一些硬件設施上的問題確實很難在基層層面解決，應由管理同學更加關注去改善。

預訂的時候看了一下是24年裝修的 很新 整體環境很好 連鎖品牌住起來也很安心～前台小姐姐服務也很好 退房延時了兩小時 點個贊！
