I planned to stay in Xuzhou for one night with my parents. I did a lot of research in advance and booked the Giorgio Morandi Hotel. I was not disappointed. This hotel is really good.
The facilities are very good. Shampoo and shower gel are in small bottles. They are very clean and sanitary. The shower has plenty of water. The room has no smell and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on.
The service attitude is particularly good. It is not easy for a hotel in a small city to provide such good service. A small gift was also given when leaving the hotel.
The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the missing items will be replenished in time.
In short, I highly recommend this hotel and will choose it next time I come to Xuzhou.

之前出去玩住過好多次喬治莫蘭迪酒店，感覺很好才選擇來徐州也住這裏，結果房間衞生有點差，洗手池不乾淨，走廊也有若有若無的香臭味（就是和香薰混合的味道），水質很差，不知道是不是好久不用了，水都是黃的還有雜質，服務人員還説是燈的問題（關燈後用白光照也是黃的），去維修的師傅連浴缸和洗手盆下水口都不知道怎麼弄。廁所非常小，上廁所都沒辦法關門，關上門就容易撞頭。酒店服務很一般，會員價還不如隨便一個軟件訂房便宜，這算是背刺會員嘛，旅遊心情都不好了。

作為2024年新開業的酒店，竟然不是智能馬桶，這個配置還蠻奇怪的。早餐中規中矩，烘乾機有點暴力，貴衣服別進。酒店這棟樓是周邊最高的樓，在11樓可能聽到每天風都好大😭再高層的視野基本要去凱悦萬豪了。總體很不錯！！

臨時決定徐州旅遊，酒店在攜程預訂的，超出預期，酒店設施很新，衞生很乾凈，房間很大，最主要的性價比超級高，行政套房才500➕，包含早餐！出行很方便，非常推薦！！！服務員都很熱情很有禮貌！！

酒店才開的，設施比較新，早飯也非常的好吃！尤其是客房服務的阿姨，服務態度非常熱情，賓至如歸的感覺。遇到的兩個客服服務阿姨都非常友好，換房間時帶我們下樓，又為我們下樓拿房卡，再幫我們把丟失的東西都送上樓！非常感謝！距離徐州火車站也非常近，打車10分鐘，到各個景點，網紅店打車也都不遠，值得推薦。

設施：停車場不給進，非得駕駛員或者車裡的人去酒店大堂去説一下才給抬桿，我真的是第一次遇到，可以理解怕不相干的車停車佔位置，但是辦法是人想出來的不是嗎？設定成自動識別收費停車場，酒店車輛退房核銷車費不方便客人嗎？早上退房出門的時候就看到三輛車直接堵在門口，好在我們繞到出口的時候堵在門口的車走了，不然不是還要在那邊等？
接下來來説酒店房間的問題，一進房間，真的太擠了，房間太小，可能是這裏比較繁榮，寸土寸金吧，畢竟上海同等價格房間更小點
第一個就是水池下水的地方開不開。
第二，馬桶我看別人説是假的品牌，品牌什麼的我不清楚，我衹知道我關馬桶的時候馬桶蓋合上的聲音巨大，不知道的以為怎麼了呢。
第三，浴室我拍的邊角好像發黴了一樣，這不是去年2024年新開的酒店嗎？為什麼這麼舊？
第四，酒店隔音真的太差勁了，十一二點説話玩笑打鬧的聲音一清二楚
第五，明明是刷卡才能上樓的酒店，早上起來開房門卻看到門縫裡塞的按摩服務的卡片掉了下來，怎麼？關起門來自家酒店做這個生意？惡不噁心？
服務：我是真沒感受到什麼服務，從入住到退房，跟服務人員溝通不超過十個字，我自助辦理的入住，前台在服務其他客人的同時還問我什麼，我都沒聽明白，如果我需要人工自然會排隊等候人工辦理，我辦好了走了之後看到明明有多餘的服務人員卻沒有在人多的情況多開幾個電腦辦理入住。
唯一體會到暖心的是吃早飯的時候登記的大叔跟我們打招呼，而且早餐品種豐富齊全，還不錯
麻煩大家不要像我一樣住酒店衹看好評，不看差評，好評可以刷，差評中評都是真實情況，多看看總會不會錯。
