房間衞生還可以，設計的也不錯，衞生間淋浴間乾濕分離，和床有一個隔斷，淋浴水很大，床品也很舒服，枕頭有一個是記憶枕，比較貼心，還配有小度智能客控，就是很多歌沒有版權。酒店離蘇寧廣場很近，地理位置很好，就是樓下是一個學校，我們房間窗户就對着學校，早上跑操特別吵，然後窗簾上下有點漏光，雖然床頭提供了耳塞和眼罩，但是帶着很不舒服。服務的話我感覺有缺失，因為攜程上面寫着有洗衣服務，我們有件衣服放在洗衣機，因為沒有找到便簽，就跟前台説，然後一直到我們回來都沒有幫我們烘乾拿到房間。

非常棒，新酒店設施、環境都很棒。退房也沒有像別家要求5星好評，這點挺難得。沒有免費升房，不過衹住一晚上也無所謂。想要個高樓層，結果一步到位給我9樓。做好心裏建設，以為房間比較小，結果出乎意料了。圖片看看，實圖未修，真心好。以後如果還回去，肯定繼續選這裏。
