天！從來沒有住過這麼便宜還這麼高質量的酒店！！！一兩百的價位，但是裏面超級乾淨
設施：雖然這棟樓上面很多民宿，但是很安全，進電梯需要刷卡，進民宿需要再輸入密碼，進房間還需要再輸入密碼，我們兩個女生出遊真的感覺很安心
衞生：很乾凈！！而且是我目前住這麼多酒店見到第一個乾濕分離的酒店，廁所和淋浴間分離就算了，連洗臉池也分離，這種小巧思真的很吸引人的好感，誰懂。
環境：屬於那種極簡風，所有需要的東西也都藏起來了，需要的時候隨拿隨放。馬桶也是智能的。
讓我最最好評的就是，最後一張圖片，大早上太陽出來，在窗邊能看到，然後陽光灑在床頭，超級温馨的感覺。等我有錢了，以後我自己的家也要這樣設計

老闆很熱情，服務周到，幫忙找了車位還介紹了周圍好吃的地方，全部沒有踩雷。民宿位置離回龍窩户部山都很近，可以走路也可以騎個電瓶車。有貓咪可擼，孩子們很高興，房間和客廳裝修有特色乾淨舒適，下次來徐州的話再住。

地理位置非常優越，租個電動車四通八達，旅遊那麼多次，這個民宿的裝修，衞生，乃至打掃衞生的阿姨都是最好的，這個價格性價比超高！非常推薦！這裏還有個**小貓，跟進跟出，太可愛了

和好朋友去徐州玩，住宿前前後後找了很多，本來對於名宿還是有點糾結的，但是這家勝在價格實惠地理位置又很好！沒想到來了之後真的是覺得太棒了，老闆和這裏的阿姨都非常客氣，房間很大，而且阿姨打掃的真的很乾凈，還有一個很大的客廳是公共區域，有冰箱，洗衣機，微波爐，客廳還能看電視，要是不想出去還能外賣到名宿吃😊周邊吃的也很多，離回龍窩 1818 不行十分鐘左右，去豐儲街富國街共享電車也就 10 分鐘路程，真的是去哪裡都很方便的，地鐵站也在不遠😎這次住的真的很舒服，房間很安靜，完全不吵鬧，床墊也很舒服😊以後有機會去，一定還會住這裏😊
唯一有一個地方就是洗手液的瓶子按壓有點雞肋，希望能改善一下🥳🥳🥳

設施很齊全客廳裏有冰箱 洗衣機 微波爐
距離火車站也不是很遠距離蘇寧廣場很近步行即可
今年開業的很新享築户型我很喜歡，美築和好築臨門，樂築和享築臨門，朋友出行的話就可以這麼定
民宿很好但是徐州天氣不太好太熱了，以後等天氣涼快點再來
