酒店衞生情況一般般，重點是這個酒店超級不隔音，就是老房子簡裝了一下，晚上隔壁走廊的煙味直接進入你的房間嗆人，還很吵，外面什麼聲音感覺你躺在路邊一樣那個聲音，帶着耳塞睡覺的，一言難盡，各種問題，酒店還推卸責任，反正不推薦這個價格住其他的同類比的酒店更有性價比，這家 不值得！替大家踩雷了。

設施：很乾凈 很好聞 洗衣房也很智能 洗完衣服直接烘乾 工作人員還會幫忙掛起來 真的超級棒！

住了兩天才弄清楚酒店周邊的情況，絕了啊，酒店後面200米就是回龍窩，左邊過個馬路就是户部山，左右兩邊500米內就有地鐵站，最絕的是城下城遺址博物館步行10分鐘就到，江北第一樓、文廟、蘇寧廣場、金鷹上街這些地方全在步行範圍內。

交通非常便利，旁邊就是户部山，走路去豐儲街也很近，去黃河新村也不遠，網紅打卡美食集中在酒店附近。酒店服務也很周到貼心，要是房間再大點隔音效果再好點就更好了

設施：房間裏該具備的都配備了，就是空調外機聲音太響了，影響睡眠。
衞生：每天按時打掃衞生，整潔度還可以。
環境：酒店整體都是緊湊型，地理位置不錯，就在回龍窩和户部山這裏，離地鐵口走十分鐘左右的路，去豐儲街富國街大概步行20分鐘左右。
服務：前台都很有禮貌，看到人就打招呼，電梯口碰到修理工都會對客人説一聲“你好”。酒店還免費提供姨媽巾，正好遇到這樣的尷尬，機器人送到門口。退房時還送了兩瓶水，這樣的還是第一次遇到。

房間很乾凈。酒店前台服務也很好。後面就是回龍窩。離富國街户部山，雲龍山都很近。唯一就是大床房都是靠頭靠尾的。不想住這種房間的建議訂商務大床房和雙床房，酒店還會給提供一次性的東西。外賣也有機器人很好

帶娃來徐州玩，定了雙床房，房間乾淨整潔，前台的小姐姐小哥哥很熱情，服務態度很好。來徐州旅遊的朋友們可以考慮，地址位置好，離市中心近，去户部山，回龍窩都很方便。洗衣服務很好洗衣房很棒

房間乾淨整潔，前台服務態度很好，因為帶了寶寶，前台小姐姐特地給我們找了一樓的房間。公共休息場所有即熱飲水機跟咖啡機，比較方便。還貼心地送了小禮物

不得不説房間太小了，雖然在市中心的位置，但是三百多一晚的房間小到轉不開身也是很令人難過。不過房間還是很乾凈，前台姐姐服務都很好還給推薦了徐州美食
