前一天晚上10點入住，酒店説和另一家同時訂的，所以給調換成民宿。因為，帶着孩子出門太晚了，又是舟車疲憊。所以，就同意住民宿！結果到民宿，房間是夠住，但是衞生極差。入住後，才發現床有頭櫃上有碎玻璃渣，馬桶🚽上面還殘留着上一位住户留下來的排泄物。因為，太晚了，就沒有同酒店管理的服務人員説明緣由！就這樣草草入睡，結果早上7點多鐘，衞生間地漏向上反水，無法使用衞生間🚻。導致我們又早早就把孩子叫起來。找酒店管理員安排地點讓我們洗漱。我們洗漱完畢9點就出發了。花了3百多元訂的酒店，體驗感極差！服務員用他極為驚艷的語言，讓我們無語😑。我們有孩子，不想讓孩子沒有涉足社會，就看到這樣及其噁心🤢的一面。

房間裝修是歐式風格，傢俱很精美，房間裏乾淨衞生。停車方便，酒店對面就是麥德龍和商場，吃飯購物都很方便。

服務周到，酒店前台人員認真負責。房間空間還可以，設施有些舊。前面入住的估計吸煙，散味不好，入住時煙味還是有些重，暫住勉強可以接受。因為臨時行程到店很晚，酒店人員也為我們耐心服務，這個必須點贊！

房間寬敞，設施也可以，有地下免費停車場可以停車。附近就是淮海環球港，吃的用的玩的都有。去市裡的話需要藉助公共交通或開車。最重要的一點，寵物友好！下次來徐州還住這👍👍👍

第一次來這家酒店，感覺還真不錯，房間高大上，面積還大，工作人員服務態度特別好，乾淨衞生，以後出差就這裏了，值得推薦！哦，旁邊還有個特別好的公園，空氣特別新鮮，周圍設施齊全，還有好吃的燒烤，不得不説徐州的美食真的絕了！

房間的性價比太高了，沒想到在徐州環球港旁邊還有這樣的寶藏酒店，房間面積大 不壓抑，前台姐姐服務態度好，房間很乾凈，舒適， 周邊吃飯 都很方便，旁邊還有個網紅公園，感覺很好，推薦給朋友們！
