還挺不錯的，服務態度挺好的，房間也安靜，距離民富園夜市和萬達很近，來徐州玩甚至都可以不用去市區裏就能在這裏吃到想吃的。距離地鐵，徐州東和寶蓮寺都挺近。
床單有摺痕，是新換的，很不錯。
除此之外，我提兩個可以改進的點：
1. 酒店裡有小卡片，可以加強管理選擇報警處理，小卡片真的有點噁心且會降低檔次，就算是快捷酒店也不要出現這種最好。
2. 出行高峯期時，明顯一台電梯忙不過來。

昨天晚上到店裡都快十一點了，沒想到前台異常擁擠，我前前後後等了差不多十分鐘。仔細觀察了下，其實是兩名全台在處理一對夫妻的事，如果兩個人分工好的話，也不會花這麼多時間扯皮，也不會耽誤我們這些辦理入住人的時間。第二，我的房間在電梯口，我不知道是不是週末亦或者是有事業編考試還是我在攜程上訂的房間，可能是比正常房價要便宜些，所以就給我這個房間，一晚上吵吵鬧鬧的，讓人睡不好覺。第三，到了房間發現沒有牙刷牙膏，我想着這麼晚了不麻煩了，用了自己帶的牙刷。我蹲着套馬桶圈的時候，發現馬桶內壁其實有不少污漬沒有擦掉，實在讓人反胃。這些都沒什麼，我之前住酒店從來沒寫過差評，這次我實在忍不住了！昨天問了一嘴前台，説能不能給個好評，讓我下午延遲退房到兩點鐘，因為我早上要考試，考場距離較遠，再加上行李較多，有些不方便，所以想延遲下時間，這樣我也方便些。前台説不可以，衹能延遲半小時，好吧，熱臉貼冷屁股。今天實在覺得時間調不過來，就買了延時券，想着延時兩個小時，結果告知我最多衹能延遲一個小時。好，到這我還沒生氣，然後我的門卡還因為超時了，上不了電梯，衹能找前台再給我設定下權限。我不明白的是，為什麼明明給我延遲到一點半了（我十二點半到的酒店），保潔為什麼在這不到一小時的時間敲我兩次門，讓我趕緊收拾出去。第一次我跟她説了，我説我延遲了一小時，第二次就隔了 40 分鐘還要一直催我，是覺得我沒地方住要賴在你們酒店嗎，既然不想讓我延時，那為什麼還要收我一個小時延時費！！是因為別人好説話所以就欺負人嗎？別人多住這一個小時是住她家裡了嗎，這麼攆人走！！本來來徐州是想好好玩一圈的，現在弄的人心情煩躁，真是無語了！！總之，這家酒店無論從衞生程度還是服務態度上來説都很差，以後再也不會來了，避雷大家。太差勁了👎

酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔温馨寬敞，酒店大廳環境寬敞明亮很親切，前台人員熱情，還有免費的洗漱用品 洗面奶 卸粧液 護理液 。房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，還有免費的停車點。這就是我對這家酒店的評價，超讚

隔音很差！隔壁和走廊聽的一清二楚。淋浴頭水稀稀拉拉，太小！其他都還可以，位置很方便，前台很熱情。

酒店位於繁華地段，交通很方便，但是感覺周邊有點亂，人員比較雜，房間裏還有人塞小卡片。房間窗户壞了，關不上，晚上睡覺很吵。

酒店地理位置不錯離地鐵口大概六分鐘，樓下就是萬達吃東西很方便，酒店隔音不錯，入住的時候也很乾凈衞生間沒有什麼異味，早上去吃早飯也都是新鮮的

酒店12樓的房間牆壁上都是黴點，房間裏還有人塞的擦邊小卡片，房間裏有異味，下水道返潮，非常不舒適的居住體驗。

總體來我們房間包含一份早餐，酒店看是兩位入住多贈送了早餐，這點感受很棒。但是晚上出門回來後房間地下有被塞進來的小卡片，這點很討厭，希望酒店加強一下管理和防護。
