酒店衞生很好，交通便利，蘇寧廣場就在附近，出門地鐵1號線，公交站，公共電動車都很方便，樓下兩側多家飯店都可選擇。被單看起來像新的乾淨衞生，客房大姐服務熱情，性價比高，酒店小食也品嚐到了，大家值得選擇。

房間乾淨，衞生整潔，沒有什麼異味，位置好找，距離市中心很近，步行五分鐘，出門就有地鐵口，還有免費無線網，24小時熱水使用，這價格還是很划算的，服務員很熱情，臨走時還送了一包糖果，很不錯的入住體驗

服務：前台服務好，很熱心，頭一次來徐州，不知道路線怎麼走，前台很熱心的給指引方向，出行到哪個景點都很方便。第二天臨退房了，看見打掃衞生的水不夠喝的，又主動給送了兩瓶水。

從來沒住過這麼差的，價格也不便宜啊，淋浴下水一個人洗完澡後就積水嚴重，下水很慢很慢，最後一晚實在沒辦法，衹洗了一個人，其他人都沒洗澡。衞生間用水後，下水道反味嚴重，真的很臭，進去刷牙都要勇氣。房間蚊子多，身上都咬死了，根本沒法睡整覺，太無語了，國慶期間沒辦法，衹能忍受住了幾晚

衞生：去的時候還在打掃，屋子裡都是水
設施：一般的，也就這個價位的配置
服務：一言難盡哈，這個服務一星都不想給。去的時候還特意提醒我訂的是貴的標間，結果給我安排一個最差的。然後又等着阿姨打掃衞生重新換，亂七八糟。可笑的是第二天前台跟他們退房了。下午有工作人員打電話問我們還續房嗎？整個一大無語，早上就退了，下午他們都沒對接還打電話問
