自駕來合肥旅遊，這家酒店位於合肥南二環邊，交通便利，有免費停車場，在攜程上訂完房間，就收到酒店電話，問喜歡哪個朝向的房間，會提前安排好。房間設施比較新，有自助早餐，推薦。

房間很大，地理位置很好，但是個別設施感覺很臟或者是生銹了（圖一）；最大的問題是，樓下就是中專教室，很吵！！白天大早上就有人挪凳子，晚上一直樓下教室一直有人砸牆、吵鬧，很影響休息，聯繫前台，他們説22點前管不了，哐哐哐的鬧得心臟不舒服；還有就是酒店座機打牆上的電話和買票上的電話打不通，好不容易用手機打通了名片上手寫的私人電話（圖二），還被前台質問怎麼不知道8888這個號碼打前台，我怎麼可能知道，按理説酒店房間的座機上會標明電話的，但是沒有，座機上或者名片上或者牆上都沒有8888的字樣，就感覺酒店管理的很混亂

房間面積很大，很整潔，服務很貼心。在入住之前酒店特意提前把空調開成暖風。距離中國礦業大學南門僅隔一條街，非常方便。

房間乾淨衞生，因為旁邊就是學校，入住的都是家庭遊的，很安靜，不像那些快捷酒店亂糟糟的。特別要説的是，退房的時候另外一張房卡帶到景點了，我要賠錢，前台的姐姐先給我退房，當我用同城寄過去，很貼心，非常滿意

服務太好了！前台姐姐人漂亮還熱情，免費給我們升了套房，位置好找，離徐州樂園，方特，雲龍湖都挺近，孩子都不想走了，想留下住幾天😄下次玩還要住這裏，太滿意了！
