房間真不錯，在3樓雖然沒電梯，但是挺好的，裝修挺新，三張床挺乾淨，周圍旁邊停車很方便，路兩邊隨便停都不收費的，早餐也很方便，雖然説在衚衕裡邊兒有二三十米的距離，但是很好找，睡覺也很安靜，非常不錯的一次體驗。挺好的一次體驗，前台也能實開發票。

房間很乾凈，而且周邊很安靜，這是住宿最看中的條件。雖然距離火車站遠了一些，但勝在價格適中，下次來徐州還會考慮入住。

房間屋裡的地不是很乾凈 最主要的是半夜兩點多有人砸門 直接嚇醒了 第二天找老闆沒找到人打電話也不接 這麼特別差 建議女生最好別住 我們是一家四口住的 半夜被敲門嚇醒 而且敲門聲音特別大就等於是砸門了 要是自己的嚇死 也沒人給解釋是什麼砸門的 老闆到現在也沒回個電話 特別失望

房間比想象中的差距太大，設施太簡單，開門後房間有異味令人作嘔，衞生間也沒有排氣扇，尤其是洗澡後衞生間裏地面積水，窗户外面的管道一夜不停歇的噪音讓人難眠，非常不爽的一次住宿體驗。難能可貴的是老闆服務態度還比較令人滿意，希望老闆的硬件設施積極加以改進吧！
