The toilet didn't run for a long time, there was always a sound of water in the toilet when I slept at night, the toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed, there were yellow stains on the bed sheets, I don't know what it was, the room was not soundproof, and the slightest noise outside was extremely noisy, the air conditioner was worn out, and most importantly, the floor was super smelly, the slippers were not disposable, they were also smelly

I booked a king-size room but they said they didn't have any rooms and arranged a room without hot water. The room was extremely dim, small, and the hygiene was very poor... The service attitude of the front desk was the worst, and there was no one to help me... There was no wifi signal at all...
