這次酒店體驗直接拉滿！房間裏的智能語音助手超貼心，動動嘴就能控制燈光、温度。機器人送物服務超酷，隨叫隨到還免費，孩子興奮得不得了。洗衣房乾淨整潔，洗衣機烘乾機隨便用，商務出行也能保持體面。早餐機更是絕絕子，各種美食一鍵搞定，從麪包到煎蛋，輕鬆滿足全家口味還有免費的停車場，交通便利，出行比較方便，性價比超高，下次還來！

家人錯峯出遊，訂了這家銅山萬達如家商旅。距離地鐵站很近，我覺得距離能接受，公交車也很方便。首先是房間，空間很大，通風也很好，乾淨又明亮，床品和衞生間設施都非常新，一塵不染，入住體驗很好。第二個是服務，我們從入住到退房，接觸到的所有工作人員，態度都非常好，親切又專業，因為我中間換了一次房間，我是想離洗衣房近一些，洗衣服方便，後來孩子不同意，又換回來，但是工作人員沒有一點不耐煩，一直非常高效的幫我處理，我非常感謝，洗衣服也有工作人員幫忙，全程不用操心，洗好直接幫我烘乾了。飯菜涼了也幫我加熱，我心裏非常感謝。最後是早餐體驗，豆漿是現榨豆漿，我非常喜歡鮮榨豆漿，很好喝，其他菜品也不錯，尤其是現炒的菜，每天早上的都很好吃，而且不重複。整個體驗下來，腦海中衹有四個字，賓至如歸，工作人員都很親切但是又專業，非常好，如果以後有機會來徐州，我還會選擇這裏住的。

酒店位置很好，超出我的預期，環境不錯，房間設施都是智能化，距離銅山萬達廣場很近。前台接待服務特別贊，熱情周到，微笑甜美，前台小姐姐還主動幫忙把行李搬到房間裏去，十分貼心，感覺很親切。房間通風采光很好，衞生打掃的乾淨，舒適整潔。客房阿姨也十分熱情。前台還主動詢問是否需要幫忙洗衣服務，特別感動。早餐豐富，味道好吃，性價比很高。

第一次帶小朋友到徐州玩，酒店位置比較便利，整體的裝修風格很有格調，一進大堂就聞到了咖啡香，小朋友對酒店的機器人特別感興趣，體驗了一把機器人送物的服務👍服務員們給我們感覺非常親切，有問必答且主動介紹周邊好吃好玩的地方，徹底種草啦👏
