臟，太臟了，第一次住這麼臟的酒店，牆壁是經歷了二戰嘛，到處都是黑印，廁所也發黃，床頭還積灰，被套裏面的被子還有泛黃的污漬，大冬天的空調還是壞的，我真的是服了

住了3次，硬件設施有很大問題，第一次空調不給力，窗户關不嚴，第二次花灑壞了，這次更離譜，空調半夜壞了，凍了一整夜睡不着，走廊比房間暖和，每次都是道歉然後不改，衹有聽取意見才能進步，這樣是不行的，難道要給每一位顧客道歉嘛？？？？
