Good, clean hotel. The room was spacious with a big balcony. The pool is very small and mainly occupied by children. The downside is the space at the beach. In extreme weather, there are not enough beach umbrellas so you either have to choose laying in direct sunlight or find another alternative…The guests of the hotel do not recieve a wrist band and the beach is public for everyone, so it can get rather busy. The staff was nice, but the bar can take longer before getting your order to you - they only have one waiter at the time. Overall a good experience, but can use some improvements.

We arrived at the area the previous weekend since it was a National Day and our anniversary. We didnt have a reservation only one call in advance in which we offered a junior suite with view to the sea and breakfast. The room was very big and very clean with three balconies, one of them facing the sea which was lovely and great. Bathroom was also spacious with large variety of amenities and clean. The only negative considering the room was the towels which were aged. Staff was good and friendly and helped us in everything we asked. Heat was in good condition and wifi was working properly in all the areas of the hotel. Parking was very easy around the area. Breakfast was also very good with a good variety of products but some of them were left for much time and were cold but this can be improved. Bed was also comfortable and large and the views were eternal even when we were laying on the bed. Overall the experience was amazing with only slight negatives. We will visited again in the future we hope

Wonderfully friendly staff and great service, cleanliness and hospitality at its best. Accessible to town centre on foot, beautiful hotel setting by the sea and picturesque forest, allowing yourself and family to enjoy a relaxing walk in the forest, a refreshing walk along the waterfront and a rejuvenating swim in the beautiful clean sea at your feet. Highly recommended.

Ein eigentlich schönes Hotel. Leider war in der Junior Suite der Spülkasten kaputt. Man schaffte es nicht, diesen von 10 Uhr morgens bis 18.00 Uhr zu reparieren. Das Wasser lief und lief.. Unerhört sowohl aus ökologischen Gründen als auch in Bezug auf den Service. Das Problem.ist übrigens immer noch nicht gelöst!

Η καλύτερη επιλογή για διαμονή στο Ξυλόκαστρο! Είναι ακριβώς απέναντι από τη θάλασσα και από το δωμάτιο ακούς το κύμα! Η θέα στη θάλασσα από τα μπροστινά δωμάτια είναι φανταστική, αν και δε νομίζω να υστερούν τα πλαϊνά δωμάτια που βλέπουν το πράσινο του Πευκιά! Τα δωμάτια είναι βολικά και μοντέρνα. Παρέχεται πλούσιο πρωινό ή και μεσημεριανό σε μπουφέ. Οι υπηρεσίες spa δεν ήταν διαθέσιμες όταν πήγαμε λόγω των μέτρων για τον covid-19, μας είπαν όμως στη ρεσεψιόν ότι θα είναι και πάλι διαθέσιμες σύντομα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Καλοσχεδιασμένο ξενοδοχείο, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Νοικοκυρεμένο και γενναιόδωρο. Πρωϊνό και φαγητό καλλίτερα έως πολύ καλλίτερα από το αναμενόμενο. Φιλικό προσωπικό. Κάποια αδύνατα σημεία υποδείχθηκαν στους αρμοδίους προς βελτίωση.

Ειχαμε παει για καφε και τελικα φαγαμε και πρωινο αφου ο Αλεξανδρος ηταν τοσο ευχαριστος και προθυμος να μας φερει οτι ειχε το ξενοδοχειο...Τι να πω σπανιζει η ευγενια και το χαμογελο...το παιδι αυτο τα ειχε ολα...ΣΥΓΧΑΡΗΤΗΡΙΑ....και ηταν και πολυ καθαρα....θα ξαναπαμε σιγουρα
