There was a charge of 38 yuan to exit the parking lot. We gave our name to the security guard, but the security guard said no. We knew about this hotel. In addition, we needed tickets to get free tickets. However, we didn’t know anything. We called the front desk and asked us to go back to the hotel to get the tickets. The important thing is that we had booked high-speed rail tickets back to Chengdu and also wanted to go to tourist attractions. All the time has been calculated, why should we go back to get the parking tickets? This is not caused by me. The check-in experience service was pretty good at first, but it suddenly returned to its original shape. I won’t stay here next time, it’s not self-driving friendly. In addition, as soon as the kettle in the room was opened and water was poured, the iron block with the insulation layer inside fell out. The toilet has also been repaired, which is satisfactory. I hope the parking can be improved. The mattress was very soft and the pillows were very high, so I didn't sleep very well. 來雅安一定要住的酒店，它可太美了，雅安這個地方已經來了很多次，但十次總有7、8次的下雨天，還好這次沒有下雨，很喜歡這家酒店，一樓院子被綠植包圍着，下午可以在酒店院子裏喝茶聊天，冬天還可以在院裏圍爐煮茶，早餐也很豐富隨便造，酒店還可以送早餐到房間，晚上還有晚安甜品，實在是太幸福啦，服務也貼心單位，有任何問題都能馬上解決，工作人員們小姐姐們小熊，燕子，靜靜真的很熱情，來雅安旅遊的寶寶們選這家酒店絕對沒錯！！！我們在網上定的，性價比很高！！！真的很推薦這家酒店！！！
