We had a great time!! Very relaxing. Once we checked in we didn't have to leave until we were ready for check out. We went swimming and sat in the hot tub, then had drinks, appetizers, and a yummy dinner at the restaurant. The service was great and the food was good. Then, we went back to our cozy room and waited out the storm by the fireplace, watching the wild waves crash against the rocky shoreline. All night, we listened to the winds whistle past our window, while the ocean swelled, but we nestled inside, were warm and relaxed. The next morning we went for an early swim and hot tub before having breakfast in our room and heading out to walk the ocean trail, stretching the length of the property. After our windy walk, we clambered to the check out counter, searched for souvenirs, and played with Halloween ghouls, displayed for the holidays. We leisurely said goodbye to the friendly attendant at the gift shop, then headed out, refreshed and ready for another day of adventuring along the coast!!
