Charming home located in the best part of Yakima! 1500 square feet, sleeps 8. Beautifully updated! New floors, new paint, and new furniture. Beautiful fenced front yard with patio seating. Barbecue for outdoor cooking. The living room has a full murphy bed, davenport, and a love seat. The davenport will sleep 2 comfortably. Fully furnished kitchen with coffee pot, microwave, pots, pans, 8 piece place settings, glasses, utensils, and a mixer. Elegant dinning area with a large dinning set large enough to seat 8 people. Master bedroom with a king bed and one full bed, both furnished with bedding. Large walk in closet and sitting area. Master bathroom with spacious walk-in tiled shower and multiple shower heads. 2 smart T.V.'s with Wi-Fi. One half bathroom. Stackable washer/dryer, iron, & ironing board. Street parking and possible pets with notice and fee. Would not stay again… Upon arriving, the temperature inside the house was warm. Naturally we searched for the thermostat and tried to use the A/C, which to our dismay was not working with temps of 100+ outside. The issue was never resolved during our stay and the communication was horrible. The only thing we were told is that the maintenance worker was out of town and no offer to make it right. We ended up buying several fans to attempt to cool the place down. You should also know that the bathroom doors do not lock which can get tricky with a group. Overall, we were quite disappointed and would not recommend staying here.

Spacious updated historical home. The outside of the house is deceiving! The inside was clean, spacious updated, and comfortable. Our family was visiting Yakima for a state basketball tournament and the property was a quick 10 minutes from most everywhere we went. The house is on the upper floor and you could hear people talking below, but it was muffled and no worse than being at a hotel. Also, the front of the house faces a busy street so there was traffic noise. However, since the bedroom is in the back, the traffic was not an issue for sleeping. The neighborhood was not the nicest, but the front gate made us feel secure and we never had any issues. The hosts were very responsive and were accommodating. We had a breaker flip and they had someone come right out to correct the issue. Overall, a great place to spend a few days!
