Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa

We booked here last minute for our April holiday 2024. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. We arrived quite late in the evening. Lets get the negatives over with first. After checking in and being shown to our room which was a 2nd floor garden room facing the quiet pool. We were shocked to find that 2 of the single beds (they were all singles) did not have the usual bed frame but a mattress on top of a mattress which slid about. After several visits to reception over that evening and the next day asking them to sort the situation, the manager couldn't do anything for us...we even asked to move rooms to where there would be a proper bed. But we were told there is nothing that can be done. We eventually had the best help from our Jet2 rep and the customer relations lady at the desk in the reception. We were finally given proper beds and a complimentary meal in one of the a-la-carte restaurants. We did have an issue with our safe also but that was quickly sorted by hotel maintenance. I feel without their help we wouldn't have gotten anywhere with that. I do have to add though that on the last day we used the courtesy room downstairs and low and behold there seemed to be an abundance of bed frames, so not sure what happened there. Anyway lots of positives, beautiful hotel, yes it's hilly but after all of the eating and drinking a bit of exercise isn't bad for you on a daily basis, food is great and you will always find something on offer, lots of nice desserts, breads and various Turkish cuisine. The view from the restaurant is simply magical. We are travelling again in April this year that's how much we liked.it despite the bed situation. Hoping to write an even better review in a few weeks.

We visited Bodrum Holiday Resort in October 2024. The hotel has the most beautiful views. At the resort is a lot of steps and it is quite hilly. Our room was clean, but furniture are old. The mattress was very very hard. My back hurts all week. We asked in reception to change mattress, but they didn't do that. In bar and main restaurant not enough seating for the amount of guests, so they ate outside restaurant. All areas - pool, main restaurant, bars were dirty - chairs, tables, glass wall in restaurant and bar, floor near pools. We liked grilled food - fish, salmon, chicken at the dinner. Food was normal. Waterpark was good fun, but no food options and it’s a long walk up and down.

Is amazing family place located close to bodrum city, easy to get there with bus or taxi. Is very big area with lot off steps but my kids enjoy this. Hotel nice and clean with friendly staff. Bar open 24 hours inside hotel Food is good alot off choose every night something different. We had amazing room with big balcony with incredible view Recommend this place

Tbh this is the best vacation I have ever had! Definitely gonna come here next year!! First of all, when you enter the hotel staff welcomes you very well and informs you about everything!! It has an aquapark as well and so many snack bars! In every corner there are places that you can get your drink. It has 6 different pools including for kids. Their animation activities are the best! Pretty fun program. On the beach they have pavilions service with extra charge but the prices are pretty much cheap and they are serving you very well!! I had dinner in the both Ala carte restaurants, you need to book a reservation earlier. They were both fancy! Olive restaurant's view was perfect and the stuff is lovely although I have a hard time remembering their name. Definitely gonna come here next year! Thank you for everything Bodrum holiday!!

This is a fantastic place to stay for stunning views and excellent access to sea swimming. The hotel has it's own winding promenade with plenty of loungers, shades and bathing platforms, as well as two beaches. There are toilets, changing cabins and refreshments within easy reach of the seafront. One beach is reserved for guests who book a pavilion for the day, but we didn't feel the need. The pools (unheated) and waterpark are lovely too. The steeply sloping site means you get plenty of exercise and good views of sea, sunsets, islands and mountains. Cats everywhere, so not a place for the feline-phobic.

5/4 The view was amazing Breakfast perfect Lunch& snack good fastfood&salad bar. Dinner for me not very well.But most of the people like it. Drinks ,it was all included but cocktails can not drink ,ı try ones but can not drink.Beer is good but very soft.
