I have never felt the need to complain about a hotel before. But this hotel!!! Read the bad reviews and believe them! The food was disgusting cold, bland and uninviting. The chef put his hand in the kebab meat in the tray and said delicious. Unhygienic and with nothing around you. You have to travel. The staff in the snack bar are slow and have a couldn’t care less attitude. Bringing over a customer to our table pointing at the food to show the person what it was. At that point I wanted to walk away. Stayed at the beach out the way to hopefully think I was anywhere but there. The girl bar staff were lovely. I did make a complaint to the company I booked with and they were very apologetic. The hotel offered us a bottle of wine which when all inclusive doesn’t have any value. The courtesy room was the spa and believe it or not I was told it was free! Photos shown below! I didn’t stay long put it that way.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, it's a great hotel, very tasty food and lots of entertainment. Once you come here, you will fall in love with this place and Turkey as a whole. Amazing views, sea, mountains, everything is just incredibly beautiful. With this review, I would like to express my gratitude to Tolga, just a man who made our vacation with my friend even more fun. At first glance, he's just an incredible person, he does his job really well. The jokes, the way he behaved, the smile, the style of communication - wow! I don't even have any other words. I hope he gets a thank you from the hotel management! Tolga, I will be back and I hope to see you there again! ❤️

The hotel staff do not speak a lot of English and used Google translate to speak with you so they make an effort to try! It’s like people have said in the reviews the rooms are a bit dated. I was given a twin room for a solo traveller which was fine but after the 2nd day the AC stopped working, they sent in a technician 3 times and still didn’t work and then finally changed my room! Ended up with a nice double room with a bed bigger than at home! Loved the beach being on the doorsteps d because it was the end of the season it was getting quieter and quieter. Sometimes had the whole beach to myself! The pool was lovely but I just preferred the beach! Free towels as well. The food was adequate, best advice is not to go at 7 as they don’t start cooking the eggs and pancakes till a bit later. But being the end of the season I feel like the effort that went into the food got less and less. Maybe in high season it would have been different. But there was al ate something to eat and I am the fussiest of eaters! You are quite far from the town but there is a bus for 2 euros which takes you to the bus station. On the way back you just need to show you the wrist band and they tend to stop right outside the hotel. But the town is lovely, lots of shops to chose from and restaurants if you dance a change! Lots of cats and dogs around which was great and the majority are friendly and looked well looked after! So expect the cars to sit with you at meal times! Overall I had a more than pleasant stay being a solo traveller, didn’t feel unsafe at all. Met some lovely people. So I wouldn’t say don’t stay as you make it what it is! My aim was to relax and I got that!

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an incredible experience. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful beach, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The large swimming pool was a great place to cool off and have some fun. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options every day. The entertainment team was fantastic, making our evenings lively and enjoyable. While the rooms were a bit outdated, it did not affect our comfort or overall enjoyment of the vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, adding a personal touch to our stay. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, providing a picturesque setting for our holiday. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Very tired hotel rooms, poor maintenance of the infrastructure. Mainly Russian guests when we were there - food was extremely basic and poor. Beach was nice and the sea was clean. We thought the hotel would be in Bodrum but it was about a 40 minute ride away by taxi or bus.
