We stayed in room 1301 for 2 nights. The cleaning was extremely poor. The room cleaning was very poor. There was no toilet paper in the room and when we asked for it, half a toilet paper was left in the room. There were hairballs in the sink tap and on the floor. The food and breakfast were very poor.
