Booked last minute the night before. Great price and location. Low price was the main reason for booking. The shock and big surprise was the 11 out of 10 service and TLC I got from the owner Marie. I stayed in a room with its own bath shower toilet. Best customer careI have ever had even compared to a high end hotel for $200 a night. Yes you read that right. Something about these smaller hotels and the quality of service can't be matched. Very clean and very cute stay for exploring the Fuji mountain area. She speaks Chinese, Japanese and some English. And an amazing cook. Wow I was thankful I chose to eat at the hotel and not out somewhere else. My Bed was also very comfortable. Great sleep. It was More comfortable than the Disney Hilton Tokyo bay for $200 a night. Terrible beds.

The location is quite far from the main road. I used Google Maps to navigate, and I easily missed the entrance.
The host is a Chinese lady, she is friendly and provide a room tour when I check-in.
The soundproofing of the room requires some improvement. The room view is stunning.

The aunt and uncle are both from Northeast China and are very warm and friendly. They upgraded my room with a private bathroom, drove us out to buy food, and drove us to Hiranohama to watch the sunrise and Shiratorihama to see the swans and ride the hippo cart early the next morning. In order to facilitate me to catch the bus, they also helped me deliver my luggage to Asahigaoka Station. This time, time was tight and the weather was very cold. I will definitely come with friends again in the future, and then I will borrow the aunt's bicycle to go around the lake

There are always some surprising encounters. I stayed at the Treasure B&B by the Yamanakako Lake. It was snowing and cloudy for a few days around Mount Fuji. The Kawaguchiko Fireworks Festival was also lonely. When I arrived at Yamanakako, it was finally better. The sky was clear and there was a beautiful view after the snow. I learned that it was a honeymoon trip and upgraded the room. The B&B was clean and the room was large.
Take everyone to get up early to watch the sunrise, ride bicycles around the lake for free, and other value-added services, as if I was back to the Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto.
The Chinese communication was particularly smooth. The boss was also responsible for the pick-up and drop-off service for guests, which made up for the inconvenience of public transportation in Yamanakako. Chatting with the boss was also very inspiring.
There are wild deer near the B&B. Yamanakako is so beautiful after the snow. I will come again in the future!

Mount Fuji is right outside the window! I could see the golden mountain in the sun from the room. It was a surprise!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the lake. The host aunt was very nice, she added WeChat in advance to pick us up at the station to the hotel, drove us to watch the sunrise in the morning, and lent us bicycles for free to go around the lake. I got sick the night before, and the aunt prepared cold medicine and red dates ginger tea for me, which was very considerate!
