酒店在延安新區吾悦廣場，購物和餐飲都很方便。房間設施齊全，裝修比較整潔新穎。為了配合馬拉松比賽，酒店特別提前了早餐時間到6點，還電話挨個通知，並且推遲了退房時間到下午三點，相當有愛了。

離馬拉松起點人民廣場非常近，房間很寬敞，前台小姐姐也非常友好，早餐特別豐富，做早餐的大姐做的酸湯麪是我在延安吃的最好吃的，為了我們比賽，酒店還把早餐時間提前半小時，很温暖貼心。

總體來説，都挺不錯的，大廳一進門就有免費茶水及小零食，而且還有自助洗衣房，健身房，其他好多酒店停車都不好停車，但是這家酒店停車場也是免費的，地下停車場，還有充電樁呢，尤其前台接待小姐姐們，服務特別好，特別耐心解答我們所有疑問，幫助我們規劃旅遊景點路線，超級推介這家酒店哦，下次來還住星程延安新區吾悦廣場酒店！

服務真很差！！！和前台接杯熱水都説沒有，大廳有個茶吧機還不通電，也沒有水，請問你們工作人員都怎麼喝水的？還有住了兩天都不給打掃房間，垃圾也不倒，房間礦泉水也不補，太無語了，體驗感極差，很影響旅行的心情，避坑！
