Qingyue Hotel (Yan'an Railway Station)

Since the location is near the train station and there are restaurants along the way, it is no problem to catch the train in the morning and walk to the train station. The hotel facilities are also very complete and there is no problem with hygiene.

My friend and I checked into the hotel on October 23, 2024, and stayed for 3 nights. The room price is ¥161 per room. I wonder how cost-effective it is in Yan'an? The reason for moving in is that it is very new and opened this year. The room is intelligently controlled. It looks good "on the surface", but there are many hidden shortcomings. For example, the sewer in the shower area is clogged. I called for maintenance, but it was not repaired. After urging, the master just used it. Drainage agent solves the problem, but the drainage function is not very good. The mirror light turned on, then turned off automatically after a few minutes, saying it couldn't be fixed! The wash area in the room was poorly designed. After washing, the floor was completely soaked. Guests had to wipe the floor dry before use...and so on. Not a big problem, but annoying! Fortunately, the hotel staff are very proactive in solving problems and enthusiastically recommending ways to participate in tourist attractions, which is also a bit warm for tourists!

I can’t remember whether the room I stayed in was 210 or that room. Outside the window was a very dirty rubbish building and ditch, devastated and in ruins. Of course, this place was beyond the scope of the hotel and I couldn’t control it. The hotel room is very clean. The breakfast has authentic delicious potato tzacha. The front desk clerk, restaurant waiter, and security guard all provide very good service. Thumbs up👍🏻 There has been a strange sound at night, and it sounded just when I was about to go to sleep. The security guard came, the sound disappeared, and soon it started again. It was creepy all night long, and I was always half awake and half asleep. In the early morning of the next day, after running, I was soaked until there was no dry place, because it rained very heavily that day in Yan'an. I turned on the faucet to take a shower, but it made the same strange noise as last night. There was no water, not at all, but the water was smaller than urine. It turns out that the sound last night came from the faucet wall.

Yan'an is a city that you must visit in your life. It is full of red history. I traveled with my children and stayed in many hotels along the way. The only thing that remains fresh in my memory is that the door is inconspicuous but the lobby environment is very good and the atmosphere is high-end. When we went in, the waiter saw that we had children taking the initiative to carry our luggage, helped us, and arranged the ideal room for us. The very humanized management made us feel comfortable. The room is also satisfactory and has never been disappointing. It is clean and tidy. Such a small hotel actually has a smart device that allows me to lie down in bed without having to get out of bed. This is good news for lazy people. Stayed for two days due to travel issues. Overall, it's a good hotel and can be recommended. I must recommend it to friends who are welcome to travel to experience the stay [yeah][yeah]
