位置十分便利，靠近步行街，晚上出來逛街非常方便，距離寶塔山也不遠，交通十分便利，酒店有自己的停車場，停車也非常方便。不過的嗎

前台美女非常熱情，地理位置也優越，離延大附院，中心街都非常近，交通也方便，樓下就是公交站牌，周圍小吃，超市都有，性價比很高。

設施一點都不好，我專門挑的四星，套房，結果呢那邊那麼冷，暖氣打開一晚上還是那麼個温度，一點都不暖和，壓根就不敢洗澡，太冷了，空調壓根就是擺設，一個套房就一床被子，太那個啥了，套房不得多準備一床被子嗎，不滿意

這家酒店性價比還是很高的，酒店在市中心，周邊有很多吃的，去火車站坐車需要10分鐘左右，酒店對面就是美食一條街，我和朋友從頭轉到尾，都很有特色。前台服務態度很好，各方面體驗都很不錯👍

地理位置很好，市區鳳凰廣場隔壁，華潤萬家大超市就在鳳凰廣場，買點吃喝特別方便。二道街夜市也在賓館附近，走路2-3分鐘就到了。去哪裡都很方便。衹是賓館有點老舊，尤其浴室裏馬桶和淋浴在一起，洗過澡，走進去就濕噠噠的了。房間空調不暖和，怎麼打都是維持在23度，一床被子很冷，幸好標間2張床，我一個人住就可以蓋2條被子了。冬季酒店不提供早餐服務。

浴室小，而且下水道堵，最重要的是門都鎖不住，我們還是女孩子，根本不安全，下去找前台，就説讓防盜鏈弄上，態度一點不好，枕套上破洞也説沒事，我真服了

房間地毯全是洞，洗髮水不起沫，進户門有毛病，是我同價位住過的最差的，居然還是高檔酒店，房間小，除了位置好外沒有任何亮點可言，每個廁所的衞生紙都衹給夠一天的量，選擇這個酒店是我在延安最失敗的決定
