硬件設施很好，就是坐便上水不暢，聯繫客服，客服回覆説就是上水慢。吧枱服務很差，業務不熟練，讓入住的客人等的時間長。一樓餐廳不錯，特別是廚師長，熱情周到，飯菜很好吃，價格也不貴。停車場不收費。早餐很差，號稱68元的早餐，就是煮雞蛋，小米粥，綠豆湯，蒸南瓜，饅頭，豆沙餡包子，炒土豆絲，黃豆芽炒粉條#位置交通

房間設施一般，進門後有股味道，賓館在半山腰上，房間窗户就對着山，所以房間裏有些小蟲子之類的東西，好的一點是比較幽靜，對面有個養老中心，有個釣魚池，這個價格十一期間可能算比較低啦。

環境很好，因為人不是很多，就更有氛圍了，不錯下次還來！交通非常的便利，多條地鐵和公交線路直達，必須給個好評裝修非常有風格，分成小區域，挺隱祕的，感覺蠻不錯

第一次來延安，想找個環境好的地方，幽閑的地方，來到和樂酒店，大院子順間映入眼簾，夕陽西下，散步在酒店的後山，特悠哉，平復了工作繁忙的心情，回到房間後，看到房間多了個電暖器，好帖心的服務，推薦大家來酒店可以帶上户外茶具，好好享受美好生活！

酒店在半山上，有很大的停車場，很清靜，停車方便，是自駕遊的首選之地。早餐不錯，晚餐在酒店點餐價格相比外面的飯店也不貴。入住這個酒店唯一要注意的是因地址略偏僻了點，平時客人較少，有的房間進去有點味道，開門窗通通風要好些。客人少時，早餐8：30就可能開始收攤了，要早點去吃才好。
