停車在馬路對面的公共地下停車場，車位充足，停車場乾淨整潔，解決自駕停車的後顧之憂。
老闆人很好，耐心解答，貼心服務。

老闆服務周到；
周邊環境好，樓下是城樓，體育場，寶塔山，二道街及萬達；吃飯購物都很好方便；
演出票給了我5折、壺口一日遊打了8折；
這次是一家旅遊，再次入住老闆家，還是一如既往的好，父母説這次來延安真是一次完美的旅行，也是美好的回憶！父母一定要給老闆好評！感謝老闆招待[玫瑰]

房子隔音好，衞生好乾凈哦，房子佈置温馨，裝修新，床上用品都是高端面料，老闆用心用心啦，特意配的小童枕頭！電器齊全，廚具都齊全，一次性用品齊全，位置好，近二道街夜市及景區，落地大大窗觀景寶塔山燈光秀超級棒！真是完善的公寓，值得推薦

設施有點問題，床上用品床單都破洞了也沒更換，廁所和客廳沒有落差，下水道還堵了，洗個澡水就漫到了客廳裏。客廳窗外景色很好，正對寶塔山，晚上燈光很漂亮。但由於臨近馬路晚上多少有點噪音。不過老闆沒收按金。

氣氣氣，踩坑了，被子成這樣，壓根就沒洗，，又嗅，一整晚睡不好，沐浴露洗髮水一件沒有，洗衣粉跟沙子一樣，沒泡沫的，第一次住那麼差的民宿，還收那麼貴。
