Yancheng Tianmu Hot Spring Resort Hotel

The rooms were incredibly clean, with a 1.35m bed and a 1.8m bed – what a pleasant surprise! The hotel service was excellent; for three of us staying, they even gave us an extra complimentary breakfast. The hotel views are absolutely stunning and perfect for photos, plus it's very close to the Holland Flower Garden. When we checked out, they even gave us three keychains as souvenirs! The hot springs were fantastic too!

The hotel is conveniently located right at the entrance of Holland Flower Garden. The lobby is beautiful, and both the public areas and rooms are new and spotless, which is reassuring. The 'Princess Room' has many lovely, family-friendly touches. The hot springs are very clean, and they even offer back-scrubbing services, all at a very fair price. It's so relaxing to unwind there after a day of fun. What really stood out was the hotel's service. Every single staff member, from the front desk to the hot spring center, was incredibly warm and friendly – a huge bonus! Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money.

I stayed for two nights and switched rooms once. The 'Princess Room' was great, but the standard family room felt a bit like a budget hotel. It's very close to the flower field, making it easy to walk there. I didn't get a chance to try the hot springs. The breakfast staff were all incredibly enthusiastic; several of them proactively offered help and service.

The environment is great, super close to Holland Flower Sea, within walking distance, and you can see flowers from the window. The family room is also very spacious, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. The gym has a lot of equipment, as well as changing rooms and shower rooms, and you can watch TV while running. The only minor drawback is the Chinese restaurant. During the Qingming Festival holiday, they only recommend the buffet for dinner. On our first night, we arrived at the restaurant at 7 PM and saw a roll-up banner advertising Chinese set meals. We wanted to order, but the young lady at the restaurant reception advised against it, saying it would take a long time and urged us to have the buffet. Since the child also wanted to try it, we did. To our surprise, most of the food was cold, and my elderly family member suffered from an upset stomach. Only the noodle station had hot food. On the second night, I wanted to order room service by calling the restaurant, but again, a staff member told me not to, insisting we have the buffet. By this point, I was quite annoyed. The hotel clearly offers various options, so why do they always make excuses and use long waiting times as a reason? This time, I insisted on ordering a set meal, and it was delivered relatively quickly. The food quality was very good and satisfying. Aside from being somewhat dissatisfied with the service at the Chinese restaurant's front desk, all other staff members were very good and courteous. I hope the Chinese restaurant manager provides better training. I believe our next stay will be a pleasant surprise.

Overall, it was pretty good. Even with the hotel fully booked during the holiday, the front desk staff went the extra mile to arrange an electric shuttle to take us to the hot springs! The hotel environment is beautiful and very photogenic. Breakfast was decent, but I was a bit disappointed there was no Yancheng-style egg pancake!

A truly unexpected surprise! For a hidden gem like Yancheng, this hotel is a real find. The rooms are extra large and spotless, the service is excellent, and best of all, hot spring access is included.

Traveling with my little one, I definitely picked the right hotel! The environment is quiet and peaceful, and the room is very spacious, clean, and tidy, with all the necessary toiletries. The service was exceptionally thoughtful; the staff were very patient and friendly towards children. The location is excellent, and parking is convenient. We stayed comfortably and with peace of mind. It's perfect for family trips and worth returning to!

It rained for the entire duration of our stay. The front desk mentioned that the shuttle could take us to the hot spring center. However, on the first day, the driver at the entrance said he couldn't operate it and the regular driver wasn't around. On the second evening, we were told the shuttle was off duty. On the third afternoon, they said there was only one staff member at the entrance who couldn't leave their post. So, we never got to use the shuttle over the three days, and my child had to run around in the rain. Furthermore, for a room with two adults and two children, I requested four bathrobes in the morning, but they never arrived, even by evening. My child went to look for a staff member on the seventh floor but couldn't find anyone. I then went with him to the linen room entrance to find someone. A plump, glasses-wearing staff member spoke to us very aggressively, asking, 'Why are you opening my door?!' I have never encountered such service before.
