I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless—perfect for families. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation, a nearby mall, and plenty of dining and shopping options. The reception staff and housekeeping team were attentive and took great care of us. I’ll definitely be returning!

This year I chose to come to Yancheng for the Chinese New Year and stayed at the InterContinental Yancheng Gangfu Hotel. Every staff member in the hotel lobby was warm and courteous, making us feel at home. The beautiful lobby restaurant and rich breakfast add to the flavor of the New Year. This time I want to thank the staff of the InterContinental Hotel Hong Kong from the bottom of my heart. On the way back from the hotel, I suddenly discovered that my leather suit was missing. I immediately called the front desk of the hotel. The young man at the front desk immediately helped me find it and contacted the courier for me. Send it back. Thank you to the young man at the hotel for caring about the guests' concerns. This spirit of wholehearted customer service is worthy of praise. I would also like to thank a hotel attendant named LISA who gave us a beautiful small gift when we left the hotel. Her warm smile made us feel like spring breeze. New hotel, friendly staff but is going to be outdated soon. Bad sound proofing , lots of drunk Chinese people shouting in the corridor at night time. The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding. Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.

The location is next to the Ocean Bay Scenic Area, and you can walk into the scenic area in five minutes. It is very convenient to watch the evening shows during the Spring Festival! The facade is very grand and there are plenty of parking spaces. Although the garden view room is a little cramped, it has all the facilities. Especially the scenery outside the balcony, and the occasional swan calls, it is very close to nature. In the afternoon, it is definitely a good choice to make a pot of tea and sit on the balcony to enjoy the scenery. The breakfast variety is rich, better than the one I had at Marriott the day before, and it is worth recommending. The service staff are very proactive and responsive. I will stay here next time.

The hotel is in a good location, with parking lots both above and below the ground, which is safe and convenient. There are many delicious foods around. Not many restaurants were open on the third day of the ***** New Year, but the ”Huaiyang cuisine” restaurant that was open tasted very good, authentic Huaiyang cuisine, and is worth recommending. The hotel facilities and service are thoughtful, especially the waiter on the 14th floor is considerate and warm. The hotel gym is well-equipped, well-managed, and the breakfast is rich. I will stay here again when I come to Yancheng.

A quasi-five-star hotel that is average to the standard. The room is clean and spacious, the toilet is reasonably arranged, and the shower water temperature and speed are satisfactory. Generally speaking, the hardware is OK, but the service is really a bit disappointing. It's sometimes good and sometimes bad. There was a little episode when checking in, and then our reservation seemed to include a museum tour. No one at the front desk mentioned it and we didn't care. The welcome fruit was one serving per day, which was a little surprise. Although you don't necessarily eat it, it makes people feel that the attitude is OK. It depends on luck to answer the phone at the front desk. Some are enthusiastic and some are stiff. The cleaning auntie who goes out every day gives people a friendly and polite impression. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is replenished quickly and tastes OK. I like their small wontons more than fish soup noodles. The swimming pool is less crowded and clean, and the reception at the door is comfortable. To be honest, if it weren't for the service at the front desk that made me happy and unhappy for a while, I would definitely regard this place as my first choice for homestay and recommend it to relatives and friends in the future, but now I want to try the five-star hotel opposite to see if the hardware and software are better than yours.
