Every staff member in the hotel lobby was warm and courteous, making us feel at home. The beautiful lobby restaurant and rich breakfast add to the flavor of the New Year. I immediately called the front desk of the hotel. The young man at the front desk immediately helped me find it and contacted the courier for me. Send it back. The hotel has a rich breakfast. The twin room is very friendly to families with children. The bed is big enough and suitable for parent-child travel. The hotel has ample parking space and free parking for in-house guests. The soundproofing of the room is relatively poor, and the sound of people talking and closing the door can be heard clearly, but the overall effect is not too big. When we checked in, we checked with the front desk to see if breakfast for children under 13 years old was free. The front desk noticed that our child was tall and asked us to pay for the adult breakfast. We explained that Ctrip said that children under 17 years old (inclusive) were free. The front desk seemed a little unaware of this policy, but They will be solved in time later, overall it is good. It's quite novel to have a robot deliver your takeout to your room. It's quite close to Water Street, so you can go shopping at night.

New hotel, friendly staff but is going to be outdated soon. Bad sound proofing , lots of drunk Chinese people shouting in the corridor at night time. The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding. Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.

Yancheng is now around 10℃ at night. The room is very cold. Adults and children are sneezing and running noses. One star is deducted for the poor shower. The shower head basically does not produce water. The water pressure of the top spray is very low. When children take a shower, the water is basically cold on their bodies. Half a star is deducted for the decoration smell in the room and the sound insulation is average. Half a star is deducted for the children's products, which are only toothbrushes and slippers, and the adult toothbrush sets are also average, not as good as those of Atour or Huanpeng. Another half star is deducted for the service, but considering that there may be many people during the holidays, let it be. In short, it is not recommended to stay with children.

We chose Orange Hotel when we took our kids out for a trip and they upgraded us to a room with a view. There are also breakfast coupons. The room was great, with a large floor-to-ceiling window and a very comfortable bed. The kids said it felt like they were lying in marshmallows. Clean and sanitary, good service attitude, delicious breakfast, everything is very satisfactory. My child likes to eat orange candy. The lady at the front desk gave him a handful of it and orange biscuits. She also gave him some fruit when he left. It was so thoughtful. I really like the hotel’s fish soup noodles!

Very good hotel, the hotel facilities are very new, the location is first-class, downstairs is the Water Margin Museum and the Salt Capital Museum, next door is the Golden Eagle Commercial Center, eating, drinking and entertainment are all available. Standing in the room, you can see the Salt Cube TV Tower when you open the window, and you can overlook the night view of Yancheng when you lie down. In the morning, you can see the skyline and the sun shines directly on the bed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless—perfect for families. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation, a nearby mall, and plenty of dining and shopping options. The reception staff and housekeeping team were attentive and took great care of us. I’ll definitely be returning!
