酒店設施挺好，也很新，停車特別方便。但是體驗特別差，11點多到的，前台説沒打掃出來，我們理解，專門給前台説了，把我們的房間優先打掃一下，我們出去吃飯。正常的酒店肯定是哪個客人先到，先打掃哪個房間。結果2點多了，還有一個房間沒打掃出來。有打掃出來的房間排給還沒得的客人。

打着皇城相府的名號，其實距離皇城相府景區還有50多公里。酒店離高速口很近，下來就到。酒店周邊沒什麼商業，吃飯也要去很遠的地方，停車到是很方便。我們入住的是家庭房，房間不算大，但是設施還比較新。

房間很大，很乾凈，住的舒服，本來定了一晚，朋友都説舒服又續了一晚，很滿意，離蟒河景區30分鐘吧，也挺方便，主要為了環境好就選擇了這裏，旁邊有家鮰魚宴很不錯
