首先來説一下房間環境真的是很棒，面臨大海春暖花開的樣子，裝修的風格也非常的nice，簡單但又有調性。
管家的服務按程序化操作，按照發給的資料能方便找到酒店的，管家服務缺乏了民宿的熱情，估計是太忙了。大年初一入住，沒有温暖的笑容，沒有過年氛圍的水果茶點。臨走了，一聲招呼也都沒有。
民宿是以人為主的，選擇住民宿的人，一定不同於商旅客人，希望在服務方面能夠加強，這樣就更完美了。

想象與實際有落差，民宿在個角落，很難找，上上下下，路還很泥濘，要穿過一家大排檔背面，性價比不高，不推薦，環境和衞生比較差，沒有服務沒有大廳，房間也很簡陋，有灰塵。感覺自己700一晚住進了貧民窟（入住時間非假期），旅遊的好心情消失殆盡。

民宿房間，衞生都不錯，出去就是大排檔和沙灘，但就是位置太不好了😓那一段路，我的車刮底刮到我心疼！而且民宿是沒有電梯的，雖然不高，但是拿着一堆行李就挺麻煩的。

太懶，沒有拍多少房間照片！
衞生乾淨，環境也挺好，離沙灘近，樓下那個飯店挺好吃！
前台非常熱情，因為住的樓層高，進店前酒店已經提前幫忙開好了冷氣！非常貼心！
還有個樓下的6-8人餐！反正我家小朋友説，是上島後覺得最好吃的一家🤣

隔音很差，而且沒有電梯！半夜12點還有人放煙花，一共5樓，爬樓梯簡直不要太痛苦！而且前台態度一般般，退房後走了招呼也不打，感覺海陵島海邊的沙灘座位的商家素質特別差，吃飯非常貴，衹知道賺錢還不提供好服務，非常小氣且現實，不愧是水魚島，不會再來。

第二次入住了，這次訂了個親子套房，房間乾淨整潔，好漂亮，孩子很喜歡，離海灘很近 ，而且他外面的這片海灘是免費的，人也不多 ，也比較乾淨，體驗不錯

沿着海邊公路行駛，途中徑過陽江，臨時決定去到海陵島，在攜程網挑選了一家離海邊最近的民宿，去到島內剛好下大雨，在車上停留了10幾分鐘，前台小姐姐冒着大雨拿了2把雨傘出來迎接，前台小姐姐非常好，感恩雨中送傘，夜晚想吃點零食，讓前台小哥哥幫忙購買零食拿上樓小哥哥也非常好，民宿的整高5層樓就是沒有電梯，啥都蠻OK的，就是房間裏浴缸做得太不規範了，台階上下太高了，稍微有一點點水流出來就流到房間地面，裝修都是水泥條條框框的邊角，台階高低落差地面滑，差點跌倒，太嚇人了，房間面對着大海，旅遊這種東西心情好呢，兩眼放去就全是美麗的風景盡收眼底，心情不好呢，就會看到很多不同尋常的景象，樓下的餐廳老闆很地道，物美價廉！

酒店離海邊很近，步行兩三分鐘即到。酒店很乾凈，設施完備，服務很全面細緻。樓下茶台自助免費，還有免費炊具、洗衣烘乾和掛燙機供旅客使用。服務人員還幫助我上下樓送行李箱、叫車。真的很感謝他們。

設施：房間該有的都有。拖鞋有點臟請換新。
衞生：不太行，被子上有小灰塵，樓道衞生一般。
環境：是能看到海，地理環境很好，一出門就是海灘，但往下看也是一堆沙子上的垃圾。
服務：太值得一提，預訂後沒專人加微信知道如何進去，自行導航走的是爛路，還好車子底盤高，最驚喜的是九點打給老闆問能不能提前一點入住，得到無情拒絕，説還沒退房（淡季幾乎就我一個）然後我説留名字可以退房就給我電話可以嗎？説好的然後掛了，我的名字你知道嗎哥？車子停哪裡也沒指引，反正基礎服務不到位。很迷茫，去了國外找酒店一樣，附近也沒指引，純靠認網上圖片參考建築物！
總結以上，希望老闆看到可以改善！真心覺得你們房間設計很好，硬件做得這麼好別浪費！加油！
