本來沒想差評的，可是有三個清潔工阿姨在我們還沒到退房時間就未敲門進來兩次。上午11點到達酒店，入住的時候前台客服説兩點之後才能入住，退房也是兩點前退，玩累了12點回到酒店收拾東西，我們算好了半小時時間可以休息下再走。一點四十多分時迷迷糊糊被幾個阿姨吵醒，很大聲的問我們怎麼還沒退房，我説還沒到兩點，然後那幾個阿姨就跟吵架似的説是12點退房，隨後就是兩個阿姨一邊嘮嘮叨叨我們，一邊未經我們同意就徑直進入到房間裏來開始忙碌她們的事情去了，我説‘能不能等我們走了你們再進來搞衞生，我們兩點準時離場’她們不但不聽，還三個人齊齊站在那裡跟我們講她們的“大道理”… 當時我倆十幾歲的兒子還沒穿上衣從睡意中爬出被窩，我真的是服了呀？一點都沒有要尊重客户的意思…瞬間我就火大了，直到我聲音蓋過了她們，有兩個阿姨才閉嘴退出房門去，有一個卻依然依然我行我素 跟沒聽見我説話似的……唉，不説了，越説越氣……非常不愉快的一次住宿，也是我見過服務態度最糟糕的一家酒店……服的他們八體投地

睡到半夜被拇指一樣大的蟑螂嚇死！！第一次住衞生條件堪憂的酒店，床單發黃，有血跡，廁所馬桶有異物，床單隨意丟到電視櫃，本來覺得訂了間無窗的對他要求沒有很高，但沒想到差成這樣。早知道訂另外一間。廁所馬桶聲音巨大，隔壁房間得聲音清清楚楚，大早上的大概6點一直吵天巴閉，太沒素質。總之特別差差差。

實話衞生不太乾淨，一家人去玩，住2間房間，早上我小孩子去前台拿4個牙刷都不肯給4個，就給了3個，説給不了那麼多，肚量放開一點，小小問題就可以看出一個酒店前台得服務問題，
