半夜嚴重漏水，房間全是水，滴答嘩啦半夜，睡不着。早上人起來就摔倒了，沒有負責人處理，前台只有一句不好意思，換房間。找不到領導，找不到可以説話的人。問了好幾次，只有不好意思，反覆。
