The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, with very poor software and hardware!
1. There was no communication. Both rooms were facing the wall of the building behind (about 30 cm away), which meant there was no window and no sunlight. The window lock was still broken, and the moisture and smell of the cracks in the wall outside were particularly strong.
2. The air conditioner was broken. In the two rooms, the air conditioner in one room could not be adjusted to the heating mode, and the other room had heating but it was blowing cold air.
3. There was no service. There was no waiter in Building 2 where we lived (we walked back and forth 6 or 7 times and didn't see anyone at the front desk of Building 2). Look at the photos of the front desk, it was always empty. There was no telephone line in the two rooms, so we couldn't contact the hotel front desk. They didn't want to provide service!
4. The parking lot is large but there is no parking space. It's full of cars going to eat. There are many cars and the management is chaotic.
5. There are a lot of stairs, which is very unfriendly to children and the elderly. Originally, we could have avoided the stairs of Building 1 and let the elderly enter the courtyard by car, but the front desk staff required all people staying at the front desk to register (in fact, all ID cards were provided, and there was no need to do identity verification, and people did not need facial recognition when they arrived). There were no handrails on the stairs, which was very annoying.
It is rare to see such a bad hotel in all aspects.
