Dirty, smelly, messy, very bad stay experience! 1. The bed sheets are stained, and the pillows smell of sweat; 2. There are traces of cigarette burns all over the room; 3. The TV remote control is sticky, I don’t know how long it has not been cleaned; 4. The noise is very loud (compared to the dirty, messy and smelly, it is the least worth mentioning); 5. As soon as you get out of the elevator, you can smell a musty smell. There is a pile of garbage and a basket of dirty sheets at the elevator door. They were not cleaned until the next morning... Toilet stains...

The room was really bad. There was no kettle. The towels were moldy. The air conditioner was leaking. The bed was very hard. Ctrip clearly reminded us to check out at 2 o'clock, but they kept knocking on the door when we were sleeping and told us to check out at 2 o'clock. It was only 12:30 at that time.

I don't know what to say. The first time they opened a toilet for me, it was like this. The second time they opened a toilet with a door that couldn't be closed. The third time they opened a toilet with very poor sound insulation. They asked me to run from the 7th floor to the 5th floor and then to the 4th floor. The sanitation is terrible! The bathroom smells like urine...it was still smelly after being boiled. The shower head was leaking water. I asked for a different room but was not given one. They just replaced it with a shower head.
