酒店性價比高，服務到位，從前台到房間打掃阿姨，餐廳大姐，服務都非常非常熱情，建議老闆加績效。訂房時説有一份助眠牛奶，配送之前會詢問有幾位需要牛奶，很貼心。歡迎水果很新鮮，連續訂了兩天配送了不同的水果。另外要説的是早餐，雖然沒有西餐咖啡，但是很有陽泉特色，抿曲一絕超級好吃比家附近的小吃早餐好吃太多了。葱花餅現烙的也是吃了一塊還想再來一塊，小菜和炒土豆絲油麥菜都是家裡的味道不糊弄不油膩。煎蛋現做的，大酒店那種一次性做出五六十個堆放的好吃太多了。為了早餐我又去住了一晚。 第一晚的枕頭很舒服，第二晚換了房間變成了高枕頭，不適應。建議可以這個小卡片，説可以自由選擇枕型，我感覺直接打電話也能換，但是有了提示，給人的感官是服務就又升級了一個台階。還建議老闆，有裝修打算的話先把餐廳裝一下，復古風，換成小桌子，這樣才配得上好吃的早餐，另外老闆要是還有預算把冰露也換一下，冰露的瓶子太拉垮。
