The hot springs are very good and the children are very happy. But when the passenger flow is large, the service can't keep up. The front desk needs training. I got the room card and gave it to the dirty room that has not been cleaned. There are too many people to clean, you can talk to the guests in advance. When I came to Yangquan for a business trip, I chose Yangquan Hotel. The location is convenient and the facilities are good, especially the service attitude. The front desk staff Xiao Feng was very serious and responsible. We needed to open two batches of reimbursement details and repeatedly stared at the details. After the return trip, I also contacted us to ask about the disposal of lost items, and also helped us send back the new accommodation details. 酒店性價比高，服務到位，從前台到房間打掃阿姨，餐廳大姐，服務都非常非常熱情，建議老闆加績效。訂房時説有一份助眠牛奶，配送之前會詢問有幾位需要牛奶，很貼心。歡迎水果很新鮮，連續訂了兩天配送了不同的水果。另外要説的是早餐，雖然沒有西餐咖啡，但是很有陽泉特色，抿曲一絕超級好吃比家附近的小吃早餐好吃太多了。葱花餅現烙的也是吃了一塊還想再來一塊，小菜和炒土豆絲油麥菜都是家裡的味道不糊弄不油膩。煎蛋現做的，大酒店那種一次性做出五六十個堆放的好吃太多了。為了早餐我又去住了一晚。 第一晚的枕頭很舒服，第二晚換了房間變成了高枕頭，不適應。建議可以這個小卡片，説可以自由選擇枕型，我感覺直接打電話也能換，但是有了提示，給人的感官是服務就又升級了一個台階。還建議老闆，有裝修打算的話先把餐廳裝一下，復古風，換成小桌子，這樣才配得上好吃的早餐，另外老闆要是還有預算把冰露也換一下，冰露的瓶子太拉垮。
