房間非常非常好 目前住過最滿意的酒店 大大的好評！！！來這邊考試住的 前台還送了逢考必過紅繩徽章和橡皮 零食也是隨便拿 房間很乾凈 沒有異味 智能窗簾 智能馬桶 地暖非常非常熱 前台小姐姐也非常好 外賣是機器人送房間的

服務細節待優化，硬件尚可但管理需提升
承諾14日9點後方可辦理入住，下午3點到店後被告知房間仍未打掃完畢，等待半小時才勉強拿到房卡。過程中前台提出需查看我的手機預訂記錄（理由為“核實訂單”），雖配合但略感私隱邊界模糊。作為補償，酒店主動贈送了次日免費延遲退房至下午2點，此部分處理尚算積極。
房間整體維護尚可，床品整潔，基礎設備運作正常。隔音效果一般，走廊人聲較易傳入。
離店一週後接到前台電話，委婉強調“希望您在平台給予五星好評”，雖理解行業競爭壓力，但此類主動索評行為難免讓評價真實性打折扣。

住過這麼多酒店，這家絕對是心頭愛🥰！每個環節都無可挑剔，房間乾淨整潔。早餐種類豐富，味道超讚，尤其是特色菜，令人回味無窮。而且我經常住如家，這次發現它居然有深夜食堂，真的太驚喜了！加班到很晚回到酒店，又累又餓，下樓就能吃到熱乎乎的湯，對打工人來説太友好了。一口下去超滿足！還有免費的停車場，對自駕出行的人太友好了。服務就更沒的説了、太貼心了！！！

房間寬敞很乾凈，服務人員態度好。有停車場，方便自駕出行，早餐有面有份有咖啡，還有一種當地特色美食小米紅稠飯，旁邊吃飯的地方很多，有一家羊湯館，味道也不錯，下次如果再到陽泉還會選擇。
