新房如房主所介紹，沒有異味，房子也不允許抽煙，唯有就是房子的櫃子有點給房子失分，如果把花園弄漂亮更完美，可惜我們冬天來到，太冷，要麼在花園坐坐也不錯。以為一間房子有2張床，原來是上下鋪。還有一個洗手間也不放便
