1民宿在小巷子裏，車開進去了沒法停
2隔音賊差，能清楚聽到對面和隔壁房間的吹風機和挪椅子的動靜，房間還漏水
3前台出爾反爾。我們去看房間後下樓問前台是否可以退房，前台叫我聯繫官方客服，按照官方客服的説法收取違約金就可以退房，我聯繫上了官方客服，前台反悔説收違約金也不能退
