Yangshuo Hotels with Gym

Like the location as it is smacked in West street. Views are awesome. Down side is that West Street is crowded and could be a little noisy as you can hear the music from the bars in the area but if you close the door and windows it can block out most of the noise. Also, a little difficult to walk on the cobbled street with luggages as car cannot enter West street so you will have to walk for a bit. Hotel provide free drinks/coffee/tea at the lobby. Plus point: my room have a bird view of the entire West street with the mountains as a back drop. They also have a nice rooftop for photography with pool.

Very close to west street and the hospital to do the covid test. Friendly staff that although doesn’t speak English we could communicate through wechat. The hotel has scooters 🏍 you can rent for 30 ¥ the day and that are so helpful to move around in Yangshuo!. The hotel helped me book tickets for different attractions, and they had a little discount. I want to thank the hotel for helping me go to the hospital and get a paper copy of my covid result when I had already left the city and couldn’t take my train to come back to Beijing . Thank you so much 💕💕💕.

The staff is really good. The view was amazing, plenty of food options. My friend is a vegetarian and so getting food at the hotel was also really nice to have. The staff at the reception helped us book cabs to the train station and there was hotel cab to the city center and they picked us up when requested as well from there. Would definitely love to come back and highly recommend everyone to come visit.

We had a wonderful time at Yang Shuo Sugar House. The architecture of the property was breathtaking. Everywhere you look was so interesting. My favourite part was at night time when they would shine the lights on a mountain with their hotel name and a clear view of the stars. The service was impeccable. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful.  Our room was comfortable and clean. We loved the bathtub and spacious shower.  We also had a complimentary photo shoot, yoga Class, welcome drinks for our family. We loved the pictures! We hope to return again to beautiful Yang Shuo ❤️

Hotel was great. Special shoutout to Sam who patiently spent each morning sharing with us scenic spots and food recommendations for each day! The housekeeping lady even went above and beyond to wipe some dirt off our luggage and left us extra water. Sam also left us a small departure gift which was very thoughtful. Location was very convenient — walking distance from West Street but without the noise and crowds. Cars are not allowed on the street from 12-4 daily, but this didn't cause us any trouble at all.

Travelled from Hong Kong via HSR with family. “DiDi”-ed from our urban Guilin hotel directly to Yangshuo Banyan tree with a comfortable 100 ish RMB ride, for the second part of our Guilin-Yangshuo journey. Great deal / value here ~2.5k hkd per night only. As someone who loves animals — the hotel pets were hard to say no to for me. Enjoyed feeding alpaca, viewing the peacocks, and playing with the ducks sooooo much. Eventually this is the main reason for me to pick this hotel over the other ones of similar price range 😁🦚🦚 Food I think was excellent. Freshly made Guilin Noodles with authentic crispy pork at the breakfast buffet was the highlight. Bai Yun restaurant’s local beer fish was memorable and special. Else all standard five stars — great location in the middle of the sensational yangshuo scenery. My favorite spot was where we could view the “Lucky Cat” shaped mountain from the river side of the resort 😺 —- best Feng Shui here! Good cultural taste 😁😁 Hope I’ll revisit here!

Perfect location and the views were incredible from the rooms. The hotel is very luxurious and the pedestrian street is just downstairs. Hotel staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

We had a very good trip of Yangshuo. The Hotel is in a perfect location. Nearby all restaurants and shops, west street at the back of hotel, 24 hrs mart down the hotel. You can go anywhere easily its in a center. The room was nice, big and clean, very good balcony mountain and street view. Hotels staffs also very helpful but little difficult for english translation. Breakfast is ok but not too many variety, we ate same breakfast for 3 days. It will be better if they change few items every day. Overall hotel is very nice, I will definitely stay here if I come to Yangshuo next time.

I've stayed here before and have had a wonderful time and the services were great and the place was clean. But that was over a year ago and they weren't as busy then. This time around, service was slow, the cleanliness of the place had diminished, and the tourist guide of the hotel could have been more helpful. The stay was just ok.

Booking and Check-In I booked my stay at the Shixi Landscape Hotel in Yangshuo, Guilin, through Trip.com. The check-in process was very smooth and didn’t take long at all. One pleasant surprise was the option to upgrade our room for free, which we accepted. This upgraded room came with a lovely balcony. Although the staff couldn’t speak English, they were very friendly and helpful. Using a translation app made communication easy. Room Details We stayed in a standard double room with an upgrade to a balcony room. The room also featured a bathtub, which was a nice touch. Upon entering, the room was fairly clean, though there were some water stains on the floor and the carpet had a few dirty spots. The amenities were average, including a selection of soft drinks in the minibar and some snacks on the table. Despite these minor cleanliness issues, the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Facilities and Services The hotel had a restaurant where we received a complimentary breakfast upgrade. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet our expectations. While the Chinese food selection seemed okay, the international options were quite disappointing. The sausages were undercooked, the bacon was not good, and the cereal options looked and tasted stale. The only decent international option was toast with butter. It’s a relief we didn’t pay extra for it. Although I noticed the hotel had a spa, gym, and pool, I didn’t get a chance to use them. The pool looked nice but was small and shallow, not suitable for a serious swim. There was no room service available as far as I knew. Location and Accessibility The hotel’s location was fantastic, situated right next to the Li River and only a short 5-minute walk to the main shops and streets in the town. It was very easy to find and access, making it a convenient base for exploring Yangshuo. Customer Service The overall customer service was great. The staff were very friendly and polite, and we encountered no issues during our stay. Overall Experience The best part of our stay was the hotel’s prime location, which made it easy to visit tourist attractions. The hotel staff were also very helpful in arranging scooter rentals for a very reasonable price of ¥30 per day, which allowed us to explore the beautiful scenery around Yangshuo. However, there is room for improvement. The breakfast selection, particularly the international options, needs significant enhancement. Additionally, a thorough deep cleaning of the carpets would greatly improve the room’s cleanliness. In conclusion, while I would recommend the Shixi Landscape Hotel for its location and overall good service, it is on the pricier side for Yangshuo. Given the cost, I expected a bit more in terms of breakfast quality and room cleanliness. Nonetheless, it is a decent option for those looking to stay near the Li River and the town’s main attractions.
