[Excellent hotel experience] This stay exceeded our expectations! From the moment you step into the lobby, the enthusiastic and professional service of the staff makes you feel warm. The front desk check-in is efficient and considerate, and they also proactively upgraded the room type with a view. The room design is both modern and practical, and the bedding is so soft and comfortable that it feels like lying on a cloud. The hotel has a 270° window view and a beautiful elevator.

I have been to Yangshuo several times. I used to stay in hotels on West Street. This is my first time trying a B&B in the village. The price is not much different. This kind of B&B really opened my eyes to new things. It is so comfortable. It has a super large viewing window, a smart toilet, a large swimming pool, and a lawn yard. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. I have to praise it here. The landlord is very enthusiastic and greets everyone who comes in and out.

After looking at several places, I finally chose Fengqi Shanyuan. The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows have a particularly beautiful mountain view. Because Yangshuo is not very popular, it is very convenient to ride a small electric donkey to go everywhere. The front desk service is very good, and all the problems are solved in a timely manner. The room facilities are well-equipped, projection, electric toilet, high-speed hair dryer, Mijia air conditioner, shower, tropical rainforest, all very comfortable. The only drawback is that the hygiene is really poor. The towels are not placed in the same place. It looks like it has been used. The water stains on the glass door and bracket of the shower room look like they haven't been wiped for half a year. The tropical rain forest has also not been wiped for a long time. There is still tea water in the teapot. You can feel mud in the bathtub with your hands. In short The hygiene is unsightly. The stir-fried dishes opposite are delicious and can be delivered directly to the room. All in all, except for hygiene, everything is very good and must be improved.

Facilities: The room facilities are relatively simple. Many things need to be requested from the service staff, which is not in line with the room price. Hygiene: There are many stains on the sink, and there is no place for paper towels in the bathroom, which is very embarrassing Environment: The outdoor environment, living in the village, opening the curtains, and seeing the mountain view is pretty good Service: The service is quite satisfactory. There are very few types of breakfast. There are only porridge, whole grains, rice noodles, and soy milk. No more😢, but the rice noodles are quite delicious.

The room is very clean and the view is very good. The price is already worth it! A Dyson hair dryer and a large XGIMI projection screen allow you to take beautiful photos without going out to find scenic spots. Well worth it!
