1 I just arrived at the hotel and couldn't find the hotel parking space while driving. I called the front desk twice to ask, but I was extremely impatient and hung up the phone twice without explaining. Later, after parking the car and looking for the hotel, another staff member took the initiative to help guide me to the parking space. I still thanked him. 2 The smell of smoke was very strong after entering the room. I asked to change rooms, but they said there was no room. I sprayed freshener in the room and opened the window. The smell did not go away. Because there were children, I wanted to change at that time, but the hotel could not cancel. When I got home, my clothes still smelled like cigarette smoke, and I wanted to throw them all away. 3 When I first entered the room, there were water stains on the sink and floor, and they were not cleaned at all. 4 We stayed for two nights, but when we returned to the hotel the next day, we found that there was no cleaning at all, and the trash was not even taken out. I went to the rooftop to inquire, and was told that I had to tell the front desk about cleaning in advance during breakfast. I was not informed of such an important matter when I checked in, and there was no sign in the room notifying me of cleaning or do not disturb. As a result, there were no bath towels, garbage, and toilet paper. No waiting. But later I asked another hotel employee that the room should be cleaned when renewing the lease. The internal caliber was inconsistent and I felt cheated. 5 The water in the swimming pool is a bit dirty and it feels like it has not been cleaned carefully. Our children refused to go into the water.
