Absolutely no English. WiFi didn’t work half of the time. Smell of smoke. Cannot open window fully. Small rooms. But cheap.

Hanting is indeed clean and I stayed there for three days. The hotel is in a good location, close to West Street and within walking distance. It's just that the room is next to the road and there are a lot of cars at night. It's okay even with the double glazed windows closed. The hotel's buffet breakfast for an additional 17 yuan is pretty good.

The room is big and the facilities are new! The front desk service number and location are also very good. It takes 15 minutes to walk to West Street. There are many places to eat around, and the scenery in Yangshuo is really beautiful.

The hotel is located in the city center - about 2.5 km from the river cruise pier, about the same distance to the entrance to the reserve (tourists usually rent a bike in the city, but they are also actively offered on the way). There are many restaurants around, a supermarket, vegetable shops. We arrived here on a river cruise, and went back to Guilin by a local minibus (the hotel manager called and arranged it, they picked us up at the right time right from the hotel and dropped us off in Guilin as close to the hotel as possible). I can't help but note the very friendly reception - the girls do not speak English, but they are very nice, we solved all the questions through an online translator, and when we left, one of the girls even brought us water for the road.
The hotel is the simplest in terms of decor of all on the trip, but decent, warm, quiet, good breakfast. They cook noodles, there is a choice of hot drinks, only coffee and milk. At the reception they give delicious tea with fruits.
