Our stay at SYYF was beyond spectacular. From the new and modern looking room furnishing, to the location of the hotel, everything was perfect. What stood out the most was the excellent and detailed service provided by SYYF staff. Small acts of favours made our stay at Yangshuo the highlight of our China vacation. As we booked 2 rooms, they upgraded one of our rooms so that we could be on the same floor. Before we arrived, they shared travel tips and recommendations with us via WeChat. Booking tickets through the hotel reception was also a breeze, quick and cheaper than from other Chinese platforms such as ********. Would highly recommend this local hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

整體環境都很好很乾凈 停車位充足有充電樁、
重點是服務很貼心，全程幫我們引領停車，搬運行李，期間會時刻關懷入住感受，有任何問題都耐心幫忙解決～非常親和～主動告知了我們周邊的遊玩路線，竹筏漂流還送了鞋套，並且酒店就可以租電動車，整體服務超出預期！推薦入住！！

本來想着在攜程隨便訂一個酒店睡一晚，沒想到一進去到被這個價格驚呆了！！！200多一晚的酒店環境可以這麼好！！！特別大（馬桶還是智能的）而且客服詩詩特別温柔特別有耐心，做到了有求必應～🥰前台的小姐姐服務都特別好，還帶領我們上去房間，還送了水果給我們～我們是自駕游過來提前到陽朔，詩詩小姐姐還幫我們申請提前入住真的特別貼心！！走的時候退房小姐姐還要多給我們幾瓶水怕我們路上渴，酒店早餐也不錯！！性價比真的超高～下次來陽朔還要過來這裏住！！來自廣東人的好評😆

衞生情況 房間整體乾淨就是房間有異味，一晚上都沒散
位置 酒店位置很不錯 離十里畫廊就幾分鐘，附近還有大商場 酒店景觀還不錯
服務 酒店服務很熱情，還送了果盤
設施 酒店有游泳池和健身房 可惜不提供早餐 非常棒的一點是酒店提供電動車租賃服務 ¥35，可以租一天

這是一間性價比極高、服務很好的酒店！入住時前台工作人員幫忙拿行李送果盤。原訂的雙床房，因為一些原因想讓酒店換個房間，前台直接帶我們去升級了親子房，超大的房間，超大的落地玻璃窗讓窗外的山景彷彿近在眼前，酒店佈置充滿休閑度假風。7樓餐廳與室外泳池連為一體，在餐廳吃早餐看着窗外一覽無餘的山景，彷彿置身於山水畫中，早餐的米粉是一定要推薦一下的。酒店地理位置也很不錯，鬧中取靜，西街步行可達，酒店旁邊就有餐飲店，方圓三四百米內佈滿了各種特色美食店，餐飲非常方便。自駕可停地下車庫。

這次入住體驗堪稱滿分！酒店位置絕佳，步行15分鐘就到西街，周邊餐飲和便利店一應俱全。房間大，整潔，床品柔軟親膚，隔音效果極好，晚上睡得格外安穩。
最打動我的是服務，前台工作人員倪女士的服務熱情，耐心，原定的房間有點小問題，倪女士親自帶我們選房，調整房間。幫忙拿行李，一直都在抱歉，讓我真正感到賓至如歸！
無論是設施、衞生還是服務都無可挑剔，性價比超高！

好久沒有住過這麼滿意的酒店了，從下完訂單接到酒店電話開始，就能感受到滿滿的熱情。客房很大，床墊榻榻米，超級舒服，特別是大浴缸，水壓很大，水温很高，非常爽。主要才兩百多，性價比滿滿，比我前一晚住的四百多的還好。強烈推薦。
