The CONGQIANMAN Hotel, West Street Li River Branch

This hotel boasts an excellent location, with the bustling West Street just across a pedestrian bridge. However, if you have luggage, crossing the bridge can be inconvenient as you'll need to walk about 200 meters to find a sidewalk. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, offering plenty of dining options. Despite being on a main street, the hotel cleverly manages to provide a peaceful environment. The courtyard rooms offer exceptional soundproofing; simply close the window and the street noise completely disappears, ensuring a full night's undisturbed sleep. Since the hotel recently opened, all the room facilities are brand new! The entire room is smart-controlled by Tmall Genie, allowing you to operate curtains and lights with voice commands. The smart toilet and comfortable, clean bedding ensure a truly relaxing stay. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Upon check-out, a staff member even assisted us with our luggage to the roadside and helped us into a taxi. There's also a complimentary laundry and drying room, perfectly solving any travel laundry woes.

The room is fully equipped, clean, and the service is excellent. The smart Tmall Genie voice control is a great feature, and our requests were promptly attended to. The location is superb, directly opposite West Street, making shopping incredibly convenient. I highly recommend the passion fruit juice sold at the hotel entrance; it's only 7 yuan, much cheaper than those on West Street. Two young girls were selling it there, and we bought multiple bottles over two days! The taste is truly authentic!

The hygiene was impeccable, and the service was incredibly attentive. I had to switch rooms midway through my stay, and I left my luggage in the old room, telling the butler I was heading out. When I returned, the butler had already moved my bags to the new room – so thoughtful! The room itself was fully smart-equipped, and when you opened the curtains, you were greeted with picturesque street and mountain views. What I loved most was the lemonade; it was much better than any handcrafted lemon tea you'd buy on the street. The hotel's location right at the entrance of West Street is super convenient. I'm extremely satisfied!

The room was excellent and very clean, with a beautiful view from the window. The attention to detail was impressive; the citrus-scented shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were particularly delightful and relaxing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the cleaning service was thorough. It was also very convenient to get to the Yulong River bamboo rafting and Ten-Mile Gallery by electric bike, both offering pleasant scenery.

Traveling with kids, this hotel was super convenient. It's right opposite Yangshuo West Street, but surprisingly not noisy at all. The kids loved the bathtub! The staff were very friendly and proactively asked what we needed every day. Highly recommend!

Staying at this hotel during our summer vacation in Yangshuo was an absolute delight! The lobby offered refreshing lemonade as soon as we walked in, perfect for cooling down. The hotel also organized craft activities like sachet making and lacquer fan painting, which both adults and children enjoyed, adding a fun, local touch to our stay. Our room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and polite. Its proximity to West Street made getting around incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. Overall, it's great value for money, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Yangshuo!

The hotel's location is unbeatable; it's right across from West Street, offering a fantastic view of its night scenery. The iced fresh lemonade was delicious and provided a refreshing respite on a hot summer day. If you're traveling with kids, I recommend getting a room with a tatami mat for more sleeping space. The service was also quite good. As expected, it gets very crowded during peak season. The only downside is that it's quite easy to get stuck in traffic when returning in the evening. My advice would be to use an electric scooter if you're heading to the Yulong River area.

I was very satisfied with the room; it was small but exquisitely designed. The smart toilet and the swivel faucet on the sink were definite bonuses. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and the full-length window design was very innovative. I could enjoy both mountain views and the bustling street scene of the pedestrian area right from my bed, which was partly due to the excellent location of my room, 605, and the smart curtains. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a laundry bag, which, even though it's just a bag, really shows their attention to customer care.

Traveling with friends, the more suitable rooms were already sold out. I called the front desk to ask if they could arrange beds for us in a tatami room, and surprisingly, they could, and they were very responsible! The day before check-in, they even called me specifically to ask if I had any special requests for the room or anything else I needed assistance with. Check-in was also very fast and efficient, and the tatami mats were already set up, which was very comfortable! The privacy is excellent; you need to swipe your room card to go upstairs, and food deliveries are handled by robots, so safety is top-notch! The entire room is smart-controlled by Tmall Genie, and there are two large floor-to-ceiling windows. Yangshuo West Street is right outside (but due to its popularity as a tourist spot, prices there are not cheap). The room was perfect and very comfortable for two people, but it could also accommodate four. The front desk had repeatedly warned us it would be crowded, but we agreed and found it acceptable. The cleanliness was exceptional; I'm a bit of a germaphobe, and I was truly satisfied! They also offer shuttle services. The parking lot is a few hundred meters away, and since we had a lot of luggage, the hotel sent a car to take us there. Before leaving, there was a fun activity where we could get a free sachet, haha. Overall, I highly recommend it, especially for those who prioritize cleanliness! (We were too tired when we got into the room and made it super messy, so I didn't take any pictures 😂)
