優點：1、距離西街比較緊，徒步就行。
2、熱水比較足。
3、房間相對比較乾淨。
缺點：1、房間比較小，轉身困難。
2、距離馬路比較近，房子隔音比較差。
3、洗漱用品比較差，類似快捷酒店。
4、停車場距離比較遠。
5、房間剛裝修，還是存在一點裝修後的味道。
6、服務人員，基本找不到。需要時衹能去前台。

説實話 過年這個價格 這家酒店完全超出了我的預期！房間的舒適度和衞生條件都非常好 我個人就是很看重乾淨衞生 ，酒店周邊就有很多吃的 ，不錯不錯，不過想提個要求，酒店可以賣點飲料，我晚上想喝可樂。

房間挺大的 乾淨！舒服！陽朔 真漂亮！家人都很滿意 老闆既然親自帶我去停車我都不好意思了 因為我問了幾家酒店都沒停車場 燈光的長過道很有特色 兩個崽崽在過道上瘋跑 下次來還要住這裏

對比了幾家選的酒店，房間很乾凈，隔音效果不錯，去西街不遠，停車也很方便，周邊吃東西買東西很方便，性價比不是一般的高！太推薦了！

房間不作點評，但酒店服務確實不夠人性化，我滿懷期待去玩家庭出遊，但孩子臨時出行前一天發燒，兩歲孩子發高燒我還有什麼辦法出行呢，但無論我與酒店如何溝通，或者攜程介入，都指明告訴我不能退費，不肯讓步，理由是我沒有提前48小時退，但我起碼提前了24小時了，而且事發突然我也不想，我給了高鐵票退票憑證，結果他還是無法給我退費，如果真的做到一點良心都沒有，就沒有必要做好自己的口碑了。勸謹慎選擇這家酒店，以上全是真實評價，親身經歷。

沒有專門的停車場，是被酒店人員帶去很遠的公共停車場才停好的，房間大的大小的小，衞生還可以，臨街的房間巨吵，窗户像層塑料，關上也像在露營一樣，吵得一晚沒睡。。。。廊道很長，但只有一部電梯，一個樓道，萬一有火災啥的，估計很難逃生，嚴重懷疑消防是否獲批

洗手間下水道一直都一股味道，簡直沒辦法可以打開洗手間門，另外一間房洗手間漏水，熱水供應不足，時冷時熱，總體體驗感不好
