The right accommodation if you’re looking for a boutique style home stay! The place is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. The decoration is boutique style, using local elements, loved every counter of the house. Specially the coffee garden But our favorite part was the host couple. Super caring and attentive, not only helped us arrange our trip, they made us feel like home

We had an amazing stay at Shuimoju Guest House. Although we arrived late at night, the hosts patiently waited for us and welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived. Since we were traveling during the low season, we were lucky to receive a room upgrade. Throughout our stay, we experienced so much personalized attention—they truly made us feel like part of the family, which was incredibly heartwarming. The meals were also a highlight. We enjoyed a different delicious breakfast every morning, and the host—who happens to be an incredible pastry chef—treated us to many of his homemade bakes. The guest house itself is beautiful and spacious, with plenty of cozy common areas to unwind. We especially loved their nearby farm, where the coffee was fantastic, and our daughter had a blast feeding the animals and playing on the slide. Tucked away on the quieter side of Xingping, the guest house offers a peaceful retreat from the busier parts of Yangshuo. The villagers are wonderfully friendly, and the entire experience was unforgettable. We initially hesitated to visit Yangshuo, thinking it might be too touristy and out of the way, but coming here was the best decision we made. If you're planning a visit to Yangshuo, do yourself a favor and stay at this guest house—away from the crowds, full of warmth and charm. You won’t regret it. We would love to come back one day!

This is easily the best accommodation in Xingping and one of the best I've stayed in, anywhere in the world Most places fall short in terms of either infrastructure or service. This place has both. It's true that money can't buy taste. This place is beautiful. From the moment you step in, every corner is tastefully decorated. The details and art are amazing. You really feel like you are in painting or movie set, except it's really cozy. It stands out from the neighbouring guesthouses like a star in the dark night. There are no unnecessary facilities like swimming pools but they have everything to make you feel comfortable and immerse into the local culture like homemade wine, persimmons drying in the yard, and even hand pour coffee. The owner is amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and professional at the same time. Our son was looking for her even after we left. Super hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. Location is also superb. Five minutes to XP main town by ferry, (comes super frequent) and on the correct side of the river to catch the sunrise at Xianggong Hill. Oh they have a children's farm nearby as well which is great for just sitting in the sun with a coffee enjoying nature. We spent two hours there. In short, if you come to Xingping, stay here owners are amazingly friendly and warm
