Hotel location was really nice. The the staff were really helpful, but in terms of cleaning and furniture insect controlling it’s not good. They provide bikes with 40RMB per day they can help you to find good locations to see, no breakfast included according to the price it should be Though we complain about it but no convenient feedback ☹️

Good place with a big swimming pool, I liked staying in there even it was a little bit far but the breakfast was amazing.

It's a nice hotel with a very enthusiastic owner. Although there are some minor incidents that are not the owner's responsibility, the owner is willing to take responsibility. The location of this hotel is also very good. It’s a quick walk after landing. It’s convenient for eating and very cost-effective. We booked a four-person room for just over 500, and other rooms were only 100 or 200, which is really good.

The front desk of the hotel is friendly and will not force anyone to buy or sell anything. Maybe it's due to the decoration style, but it doesn't feel very clean, and there is no cleaning service in the room, only towels and water are changed. Overall the price is worth it, but the James Coffetel Hotel should be better value for money.

The location is right next to the pier, just a few steps away after getting off the boat, and very close to West Street. The boss is very nice, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with an electric mattress, which really saves my life. Highly recommended
