The room is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and considerate! The mother contacted the customer service staff nearly 10 hours later and the gold bracelet she forgot in the quilt was successfully retrieved after careful searching by the cleaning lady and the customer service guy. I am deeply touched by the fact that it can help prevent the elderly from getting anxious and angry! My well-intentioned red envelope of thanks was politely declined by the cleaning lady and customer service staff. I’d like to give a big thumbs up here! Next time I travel, I will choose to stay at All Seasons!

I really like this experience! The front desk lady was so enthusiastic that I felt like I was back home, with a big smile👍. The room is really big, you can have a small party in it😂, the sense of space is perfect! And I also found a small balcony, which is suitable for taking photos and checking in, it really captured me! I will definitely come again next time! ✨

Good location. There's a good rice noodle shop just besides the hotel, and a snack shop. Coffee and tea is provided at the lobby. Lobby is spacious. Room is spacious. Laundry automatic self service very helpful. Staff are super helpful.

Like the location as it is smacked in West street. Views are awesome. Down side is that West Street is crowded and could be a little noisy as you can hear the music from the bars in the area but if you close the door and windows it can block out most of the noise. Also, a little difficult to walk on the cobbled street with luggages as car cannot enter West street so you will have to walk for a bit. Hotel provide free drinks/coffee/tea at the lobby. Plus point: my room have a bird view of the entire West street with the mountains as a back drop. They also have a nice rooftop for photography with pool.

This time I stayed here with my parents. The location here is not as good as West Street, but the scenery is unbeatable. It is convenient to rent a car to Shilihualang. There is a car rental downstairs. It is also convenient to eat. There is a restaurant on the fifth floor of the hotel. There is breakfast. It is very artistic to have dinner on the rooftop of the hotel in the evening. There are also free photos. The little brother is also very patient👍👍👍

I stayed one night and wish I stayed longer! The view from the shared balcony is very nice. I enjoyed relaxing there. The connected restaurant had delicious food. I forgot to use my hotel coupon for the restaurant because no one mentioned it to me and I didn’t realize I could use it. They also did not mention that we can try on the costumes. They also didn’t mention the free tea and snacks—but luckily I saw this on my booking so I asked them about it. The hotel offered discount tickets to attractions but when I checked into my next hotel, the next hotel offered even cheaper tickets for the same attractions, and my cab driver also offered cheaper tickets.

The bamboo leaf hotel was an amazing experience for my family. It was very fun and full of amenities. The pool was freezing cold but it was very very refreshing. I absolutely love this place. The service was great and the hotel made very good western food by our western standards. Also the shuttle was helpful and drove well. The hotel also let us rent some bikes and it was very fun to ride them around. They even let us rent scooters very conveniently.The family room had two showers, which was nice. The staff was very helpful booked us tickets to Ruyi peak. The family room had two separate rooms and one of them had a bunkbed with a full size bed on the bottom. We would stay here again.

Appreciate the upgrade by night duty manageress to their newly renovated room, which is spacious, which came with a huge super king-size bed. The photo-taking sessions that were offered free exceeded our expectations. The shots taken were highly professional, tempting us to purchase beyond the free pictures that were allocated to us. My wife was extremely happy with the photos and commented that the pictures taken were remarkable. Thanks again for their great efforts to make our stay memorable. Forgot to mention that breakfast, although it came with limited selection, offered surprisingly good local soup GUILIN NOODLE that surpasses many restaurant standards. An added bonus was the free shuttle service to the dock where the rafting took place and West Street, among other destinations within the vicinity. A gift upon our checkout was another surprise that delighted my wife and kids. On top of all these, the hotel is situated near many attractions.

Very close to west street and the hospital to do the covid test. Friendly staff that although doesn’t speak English we could communicate through wechat. The hotel has scooters 🏍 you can rent for 30 ¥ the day and that are so helpful to move around in Yangshuo!. The hotel helped me book tickets for different attractions, and they had a little discount. I want to thank the hotel for helping me go to the hospital and get a paper copy of my covid result when I had already left the city and couldn’t take my train to come back to Beijing . Thank you so much 💕💕💕.

Amazing hotel 🥰 super helpful stuff that helped me to arrange all my trips, find the way to get everywhere and even drop me off. The location of the hotel is very convenient, a lot of attractions around. Around 15 monturas ride to the west street. Amazing view outside, right out of the window you can see the river with bamboo boats. Highly recommend staying in this hotel 👍☺️
