高層視野開闊，看海是真美，前後陽台都是全景！小區新建的環境不錯，停車也方便，入口有美宜佳便利店，步行7分鐘就是美食街、商業廣場，晚上在摩天輪下有放煙花挺熱鬧的。房間、衞生間還算寬敞整潔，前台服務態度很好，出小區步行3分鐘就能到沙灘上玩了，這邊是銀沙灘拍照打卡都不錯👍👍👍一年四季温度適宜，海鮮到大潤發樓下商鋪買較便宜，到餐館加工一下就好了。天熱來沖浪天冷來避寒還是可以的！

房間陽台正對大海，觀景一流，店家小帥哥服務也不錯，有問必答，還熱情介紹了相關遊玩攻略，唯一吐嘈就是那電梯，高峯期沒有十來二十分鐘上下不了，尤其那些搞衞生的阿姨，一層一層全按停，然後那輛清潔車已佔據了電梯的三分之二面積，上下不了幾個人，強烈建議在十二點至三點階段開通一個專用搞衞生用的貨梯，其他專給客人用。

是公寓型酒店，有冰箱有型廚房，自帶炊具做海鮮食很方便。有大陽台，可以看到海景，離摩天輪🎡約500米距離，鬧中取靜。去沙扒市場步行約1公里，沙扒市場很多海鮮，價格便宜，市場周邊有很多小吃。
